Reason given for your ban: Breaking rule G2.9 & C2.9
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned most likely due to an ID mixup. I have never broken rule G2.9 in which rule C2.9 doesn't even exist. I've been in the city every day just about from the ban date as this only happened yesterday (04/02/23) even though the ban date says 25/09/22. On that date as well I had my IRL wedding, so I'm fairly certain I wasn't even in the city when the false ban was handed out.
Why should we unban you ?: As stated above, we think this is an ID mixup as there has been a few false bans handed out this week which is strange. I've been a very loyal person towards everyone in the city and never gotten into any trouble. I've kept myself out of trouble, started a mining company with some friend as well as worked my way up to being a Senior Park Ranger to keep players safe, check up on hunters and to perform shoreline patrols to make sure people fishing are safe too. I'm more than confident I will have my perm ban removed as again, I did not break any rules. I do have a second character however I have used that one 2-3 times but never used it once this year as I'm putting 100% focus into my main character (Chris Ninetails) with me being part of the command team in the rangers.
I hope to hear back from you guys soon as I was looking forward to being in the city over the weekend but it seems it has been spoiled sadly. I hope we can resolve the issue soon however if you need more information just give me a shout and I will be more than happy to help, thank you all again.
