Reason given for your ban: C2.3 (that is all that appears on my screen)

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for combat logging, being dead late at night is no excuse.

I remember on our previous conversation that you mentioned 3 ban reasons, however when I try to login it comes up with only C 2.3.

However, I do remember not replying and providing poor roleplay due to being pissed off and tired.

Should probably have logged out earlier rather than let my roleplay drop and cause situations like this.

In regards to the situation I remembered being crashed into, almost felt like baiting, and I chased them down and crashed into them, but they had back up and we got destroyed.

They could have accidently crashed in to me, so I may have overreacted and contributed to a pointless and poor roleplay scenario.

Logging out when dead, even when everyone has left is not acceptable and I have no defence.

Not talking on mic because I am pissed off and/or I'm tired is again not acceptable and again I have no defence.

Overreacting to a car crashing into mine is pathetic and unrealistic. No defence again.

Why should we unban you ?: I've not been on the server in a fair while now and I want to look into actual roleplay positions now, I mean I want to apple for the police in the future (I know id need a new character with backstory).

I am bored of the way I have behaved and would rather spend my time on their in more enjoyable scenarios.

Instead of getting pissed with other people's roleplay, I need to keep my recording on and just roleplay to the end and report when necessary.

I wouldn't like this scenario to define me and would like to return and provide great roleplay and also move deeper into characters that are available to me.

I think sometimes a bad scenario can cause me to be pissed off and when another roleplay scenario arises it can start on the wrong foot. 

I think one of the main things was giving up on the mic and logging out when I feel everyone left and scenario over. 

I mean why not roleplay on a roleplay server... Pretty pointless and not only wasting your time it wastes my time.

Logging out is pointless... I mean what is 10 minutes wait.. 

I do believe I got into a few rubbish roleplay scenarios sometimes with the fault of my own poor roleplay. 

This then causes a snowball effect and makes it a shit evening on the server. 

My roleplay quality had started to get poor and a ban was good for me. 

I now see the opportunity to do more in the city, be more and enjoy it more. 

As for it happening again, I do not plan on outstaying my welcome and enjoying the server only when I have time, not tired and absolutely able to provide the roleplay necessary. 

I will provide RP and talk on mic even in the worst of scenarios. 

If I genuinely need to leave in the future, I would absolutely contact admin and/or the players involved and discuss the situation OOC.

Hi, 

The last one was NVL and I didn't agree with this. 

1 v 1 with a knife and I ran and got in my car and locked the doors. 

Going forward I can only concentrate on my own roleplay and provide a good one at all times. This may actually cause far less bad roleplay scenarios and less stress. 

I'm always gonna completely play out the roleplay whether I like it or not. 

Im also hoping to move into the police and this obviously requires time, calmness and of course the ability to manage the awkward situations whether that's good or bad. 

All I can do is change my behaviour and manage the way I react to others. 

I think you often get poor RP when you provide poor RP.

I'm not gonna lie, I occasioannly went on just to piss people off, and that 'just a dickhead thing to do. Especially how this isn't the server for that. 

I have since played other servers who offer that kind of RP and it is genuinely trash and makes me think how my shitty RP looked. 

No wonder people gave me shite RP. 

I would keep my recording on going forward. Role play all scenarios and make good of every one. 

As mentioned I actually want to take this server more serious now and genuinely would like to progress properly and I've made plenty of friends on there. I've also come across some fun RP and some decent people. 

I will also never log out of any live scenario and always talk on mic. Not talking to end a scenario is not acceptable. 

I know its a bit late, but I do see the server for what it is now and would like to play it the proper way.

So from my understanding whilst yes you did break more rules it allowed you the chance to see how you conducted yourself and the negative impact you we're having on others due to your RP ? 

As mentioned you have a few prior bans, So if we allowed you another opportunity to return what are your plans for being back in the community?

Yeah, my second ban I felt was a little unfair, though it was only a believe a 1 or 2 day ban. 

I want to spend my money look into business opportunities and most of all, I want to join the police. I mean that is literally the reason I joined this server I believe a year ago now.

I did try saving for a business with my friends and family, but we only got to like 7 million so we split and changed our mind. 

Police is definitely something I'm interested in and if that doesn't work then I wanna find something with a purpose. 

Would a ban mean I cannot apply for police, I mean on a new character.?

Very well, I'll offer you another chance within the community however this should go without saying that you do fall under the fair bans system so any rule break within the 6 month period on that will land you right back here to the appeals section, I do hope you don't let us down with this opportunity being provided to yourself.

In relation to will a ban effect you joining the police, In this case no, There are some rare cases staff will impose restrictions however you will be free to apply for any whitelisted faction and the ban isn't taken into consideration within joining them, However you do require knowledge of the server rules since the Police/NHS ect have server rules they also must follow, These can be found within the GTA Rules.

Now when joining back you will be downed still on your Chris character so you will be expected to carry out this RP, If you are saved or respawn is your choice however I would highly suggest not logging out whilst downed since it does fall under combat logging. I would also suggest you take time to ensure you are aware of both GTA and the community rules prior to rejoining the server.
