Why do you think you were banned: Shooting in 3rd person.
Why should we unban you: I want to first address that this appeal is my work and mine only. In the initial appeal i stated that i should have contacted staff regarding changes in the server but in all honesty i was fully aware and used it in a handful of situations which i deeply regret. I remember some occasions when it happened, even though I can't remember the exact details. I recognize that exploiting game mechanics is banned for a reason as it provides an unfair advantage, and other should not have to put up with that. I have dedicated time to reflecting on my mistakes and exploring ways to avoid them in the future, such as reporting to staff or owning up to it immediately if i come across bugs etc . I am confident that I will not find myself in a similar predicament again and moving going forward, I will put roleplay and rules at the fore front or first thing i should think about on the server. I admit to breaking the rules and I accept my error and punishment.

Upon my return, I had many plans in mind, so it's disappointing to acknowledge that my own decisions have led me to this place. I am feeling let down by myself, but I am determined to showcase my reasons to return to enjoy the server once again and show that i can create immersive roleplay in a community that I have been involved with for a while. Which i believe a lot of people can back me up on past time with them.

I have encountered friends during my stay here and have made lasting memories. It would be a shame to see it wasted because of my own mistakes. Finally , i want to reassure that this is my work and appeal . However i have to admit that in my last appeal i did send to a real life friend that has no connection to fivem for help with spelling and punctuation , to which was also edited in regards to poor choice of certain words which could have hindered your understanding of my appeal. Hence the '' change what you want '' , since then i have realised that my own effort would be appreciated more as its coming from me and only me.

It was out of pride and ego , failing to acknowledge that i was caught but not just caught red handed but in a silly way and utterly embarrassing way. it was an attempt for me to save face but looking back i should have come forward immediately.
How can we trust you moving forward?
I can only show that i can be apart of this community once again , sitting here and typing another paragraph is not going to magically have trust in me. I hope that being a member of this community for more 3 years can be of merit in giving me a chance to rebuild that trust slowly , along with me acknowledging my poor decisions and choices and promising to not repeat them.

i understand why it can be difficult to allow me back into the server, especially with my recent ban and appeal. I think that i have grown to fully understand the type of members that this community is built on. Trust, honesty , fairness and an interest in role-playing. I do believe i possess al these qualities and naturally from being in this community for years. However i did break numerous rules and have since gotten banned leaving me here. It is not a lack of care but a lapse in judgment which i do plan to think about any decision and put the server and other members in the fore front of them.
At the end of the day its a decision that i would need to leave with staff. The server is not a place for exploit abusers and people that fail to learn from their mistakes. I just hope i am excluded from that bubble and given another chance.
 
in all honesty, i orginally stopped playing due to me transitioning in my career which involved me having more time away from my PC. This has reduced time for gaming drastically so i do not have any major plans for returning due to restriction on when i can be on. However the question you have asked seems to hint in the hopes that i will bring value and roleplay if unbanned, i can confirm that i will. I am no stranger to what quality RP is due to my time in many factions including firearms police, which took months to reach. So in a nutshell i plan to return to focus more on roleplay and creating memorable storylines for any characters i choose to pursue.

I appreciate your honesty through out your appeal, after a thorough review of your appeal, we have decided to lift your ban.

However, this decision comes with certain expectations. As you mentioned, we expect you to roleplay to a high degree as everyone else should. If at any point your roleplay is not in line with how we expect or if you fail to contribute positively to the community, your ban could be reinstated without further appeal.

We're willing to welcome you back to RPUK under the following conditions:
  1. You must adhere strictly to all Community and Server Rules at all times.
  2. Any violation of server rules within the next 6 months will result in an immediate permanent ban.
We trust that you understand the seriousness of these conditions and are committed to upholding them.
