In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: hello 2nd appeal now haha! so as i explained in my last appeal, i woke up and got shot instantly so i disconnected so i wouldnt lose my items as i feel it wasnt fair. ive spoken to a mod in the discord server who has explained to me i could of just done a "claim back" and a report. at the time of disconnecting i didnt know this was a thing unfortunately.

Why should we unban you ?: I think you should unban me as i have now reread the rules and really do understand that i cant just disconnect after death and now know about what was called "claim back", its been a long long month of not playing and would absolutely love to get back on! please unban me i dont want to wait another month for an appeal hahah!

I think what needs to be understood is you don't decide what is and isn't against the rules, that's up to the staff team.

Does it seem right to you that if you believe someone broke the rules, taking matters into your own hands appropriate course of action?

If not, what is?

 
yeah thats completely fair enough, my 1st time doing this whole RP thing, have looked over the rules again fully and 100% understand the consequences , shouldn't of DC, regret it as ive been waiting over a month just because i didnt want to lose a fishing rod haha

No definitely not, very rare for me to rage quit a game, I disconnected purely because I felt it wasn’t fair for me to lose all my items and this was before I knew about the “claim back”

If something similar was to happen again where you feel you have been the victim of a rulebreak what would be the correct course of action to take?

(C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first)

Combat logging is logging out during any form of roleplay, ill use my situation as an example, logging out after being killed. I did this just to save items. you can be perma banned for this.

These rules are in place to make sure everyone has a fun and fair experience and to make sure the game runs well.

 
You've had a fairly clean record with this being you're only ban here. Do not make a habit of breaking rules as it will get to a point where further cooldowns will be given.

Your inventory has been wiped due to the unban conditions from a C2.3 ban.

Any bans within a 6 month period, will be permanent due to the Fair Ban System.
