Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for being toxic and agressive in chat.
Why should we unban you: This was my first ever rp server which I was enjoying until my ban day, I just come back from some real life issues and was already in a bad mood, which was going away slowly as i was playing and enjoying the RP, but then a big gang killed me and was trying to pick me up which i declined, then they seemed to of glitched my body into the back of a car, and then they was talking in game chat giving me grief, which is when i asked for an admin but never got anything. So I was getting trolled in game and then just got annoyed in chat and then just lost it. I know this isnt fair to other players and I believe I have learnt from my mistakes, and hope you will lift my ban, so I can play this fun rp server again. I can say I wont let anything like this happen again and will respect all players from going forward.

In which case, why were you using homophobic slurs?
 
I said somethings out of context out of frustration, as I asked for assistance multiple times, after looking back at what I said and my actions it was unacceptable, and I won’t do it again. Been labelled a homophobic is not a nice thing.
 
The excuse here that you were homophobic in frustration to a situation doesn't excuse your actions, and it's good that you see that.

You're not a child, you don't need to resort to a hate crime because a situation didn't go your way.

Do you often lose control of yourself when frustrated? How will you rectify this in future?
 
I have learnt from my mistake. It’s not my usual response to act in that manor. Next time if there is a next time, in a similar situation like that I’ll just either de-escalate it calmly or remove myself from the situation to not cause any frustration.
 
You don't just randomly blurt out homophobic comments out of the blue, so I don't believe that this isn't something you've done before.

You have been on the server for 2 days, before getting yourself banned for discrimination. I've also read through your other comments made around the same time and they were just downright nasty, and broadcast to the entire server.

Your responses above are lacklustre given the scale of your offences, and I'm not going to welcome you back with open arms based on them.

How am I going to trust you're actually going to bring a positive impact to the server given your 2 day history and already extremely toxic behaviour?
 
Not much point in responding John seems to think people can’t change. I said I was sorry and I said I would change, but John seems to think otherwise. So if he’s in charge of unbanning me, I’m not wasting anymore time trying to convince him. I’ll just move on and carry on enjoying another server.

That´s a no no and clearly shows a mindset of throwing your toys out the pram if things don´t go your way. This is not something that will change within a few weeks and your responses on this appeal only shows the immaturity even more. Did you really think you can throw homophobic slurs around, say sorry and be welcomed back with open arms?

Please go away until 10/05/2025 and try to do a little growing up.
