In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned due to using an emote after shooting.
Why should we unban you ?: I would like to first start of by saying that I no way would ever use an emote for an advantage or to give an disadvantage to someone in an active roleplay scenario. I know the severity of these type of actions and what it can lead to.
The situation what happened was that a helicopter landed on our roof at triads and then we proceeded to shoot at the helicopter, after shooting at the helicopter, I used the emote "sit" to be behind the wall.
From my perspective, there was no shooting coming back towards us at that moment and I proceed to sit which I really thought would have been okay, which I was completely wrong and it was a great mistake of me. I really thought that it would have been merely the same as using "Q" to take cover on a wall but it's not and I understand that now. it was to my knowledge that I thought that it would have only been classed as exploiting if there was an active scenario and I was using to dodge bullets or something along those lines, I merely just thought I was just sitting behind the ledge.
I do not have this emote binded nor have I ever had it binded to a key, I would never to something such as exploiting intentionally to give myself an advantage or another party a disadvantage.
I understand my actions and it's a really bad mistake of me and it should not have happened, and for future I can assure nothing like that will happen again.
I really love the community of RPUK and the server itself, to intentionally jeopardise me being able to play on RPUK is something I would never meaningfully do and for in future for myself, the community and staff of RPUK, I can assure that I am going to be extra careful with everything I do.
It's really bad mistake of me, it should not have happened at all and I would like to apologise and can assure that it will not happen again.
