Reason given for your ban: Chat Ban

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I sent an inappropriate text telling my best friend in real life to come outside of the hospital as I was waiting on him with another friend and I got banned for the word I texted him.

Why should we unban you ?: I have never used this maliciously I sent a private message to one of my IRL best friends. I have never broken any rules aside from this. It was a pure lapse in judgement and I cannot apologise enough. I have been really enjoying this server and have had no problems or run ins with admins or other players before. I used an inappropriate word in which I thought was a private message. I will never use this word again.

Had you read all of our server rules before joining?
Surely you knew this word would be a breach of server rules? 

 
I had briefly read over them but it was a lapse in judgment. I was really tired and was just away to get off for the night. Nothing excuses my actions, I would never maliciously use this.
 

I would never use this directed at anyone either and I cannot apologise enough for my actions. I am still new to the server and hadn’t fully read the rules properly as I struggle with reading as I am dyslexic. I have fully read over them now and will make sure to abide by them.

I'm glad to hear that you're familiar with the rules now. Hopefully if you're given another chance you'll stick with them!
How can I trust now moving forward that this word won't just slip out within roleplay? If you're using it in that manner then it's clearly a word in your vocabulary.

I take my role play very seriously and would never break character or use language like that. It’s not something I use in my day to day conversation so i can assure you it would never come up. I was being stupid with a best friend and used a very inappropriate word. I’m not that sort of person.
 

I want to apologise for my actions, this server is one of my favourite games right now and 5 of my IRL friends and 2 more long time online friends are still playing so I would make sure to abide by the rules so I can continue to jump on with them on your server. I realise I messed up as soon as I pressed send in the in-game phone messenger.

That's because you got automatically banned haha.

All joking aside, please could you tell me your plan if you're given a chance to return to the server?

What character(s) are you planning to play?
What quality roleplay can you provide on the server? 

 
My plan if given chance to return is to continue role playing with my friends. We are establishing ourselves within the los Santos community and have just started to get nice cars and stuff.

I would plan on returning as Carl Burgerson or maybe starting a new as I have always wanted to see what like the police and EMS  jobs are like along with hunting. I take my role play seriously and try to help newer players like myself by engaging in encounters with people needing revived and providing engaging role play with jobs and other ‘extracurricular activities’ that can be done with a group. I just got my commercial driving level up as well and was going to buy a delivery car for the in game job.

Since you're a new player and this is currently the only ban you have on record I am willing to give you a second chance here.
If you're to be seen breaking any more rules you'll be swiftly removed from the server again. Please do not waste this chance and throw it back in my face.
