Why do you think you were banned: G'Day first and foremost I would like to say Happy Hanukkah to those who are celebrating and if not then hope your having a fantastic day regardless, Let's get into this shall we, "Why do I think I was banned" I could think of many reasons why I was banned but I'm gonna tell you why I was banned. I was banned for Common Sense & Combat storing, As I stored Victorious Keke as I like to call her or my Rebla GTS whilst in a police chase, and not using common sense regarding the situation.
Why should we unban you: Why should I be unbanned like I said in the last appeal and I hate typing it up again or what not as I am a gamer not a parrot but it was a genuine mistake and a in the moment decision. Was it the right decision you may ask? No it wasn't, Did it happen? Yes, Can I take it back? No, at the end of the day it's night but we are all humans mistakes happen you know if we could go back in time we all would make different choice but tuff shit we can't we have to pay the price.

Once it happened I knew my mistake I was "Storing" anything as there was heeehaww in Victorious Keke which is the only annoying thing but anyway. Logan or PC Loyd Drake asked me to come into QE to explain my actions which I was more than willing to do but he went radio silence gone of the face of the earth didn't reply nothing his mum might have turned his WiFi of who knows but anyway. When asked in custody why did I store it I said it was a mistake there isn't anything in it and I was like I can take Victorious Keke out so he can search it but wasn't having any of it, that made me feel like he wanted me ban he wanted as yous say "Looking for the win"


A comment that was made on the previous unban appeal has be sitting with me for the past 4 months and If I'm being serious I've been struggling to sleep because of it "You're just here to win, not to RP. Lying about technical issues, combat storing your car, abusing OOC, powergaming outside the hospital and helping people transfer money." I'm not here to win I'm just a natural thing from me to win and don't get me wrong and don't read this in the wrong way I love a good loss I've had many of them before and they have been some of my funniest memories on the server don't get me wrong. Lying about technical issues I may be a dick but I'm not a liar I was having technically issues and how you can say I don't quite know unless you was behind me in my mums basement watching over my shoulder like a guardian angel then I just do see this claim and we are brining up stuff that has happened like 2/3 years ago which is in the past but anyway


Basically I think I should be unbanned I've took time away time to learn my lesson and believe I have took enough time away to re enjoy the server and strongly believe I should be given a final chance I understand the mistakes I have made do I think the punishment was a bit harsh yes but so be it

You're a "gamer" that broke these rules, among others. So you will be treated the same as everyone who has broken the rules.
