In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: C2.3 - Combat logging. I decided I'd had enough and logged out during a RP situation.
C1.14 - Breaking character and immersion and threatening to report like a cry baby.

Why should we unban you ?: Hi!

I've been asked to give a full month before re-appealing my ban which I've done.

Over the time I've taken away from the server I've given myself the opportunity to really familiarise myself with the rules, especially the community rules. (As stated in the last appeal I'd never even read this rule list as I was under the impression the community rules were for forums, TS, discord etc.)
Ultimately I was banned not because I intentionally broke rules but instead because I didn't take the time to read the rules thoroughly.

As a new player in FiveM and Roleplay I didn't really understand the severity of my actions and why we have these rules in place.
The large majority of RPUK players come here to take it seriously, which my actions have gone against. I've ruined the immersion and experience of other players due to my actions in which, I'm truly apologetic.
I believe the time I had in RPUK prior to this once incident I've made a whole lot of very interesting and entertaining RP situations for all players across the board, NHS, and police. I believe I am a great asset to the server and I'd be very happy to be part of the fun once again.

We have these rules in place to keep immersion intact. To give "Roleplay" it's name.

Okay, i have read over your previous appeal where it was more about you passing the blame. In this appeal i want you to tell me why we should allow you back and trust you can follow the rules you have read over recently.

Hey, thanks for the response.

Just to clear things up, I wasn't passing the blame in my original appeal, I was telling the story from start to finish and how it felt more like entrapment as said person put me in a highly uncomfortable situation, only to report me afterwards.

I was misinformed about the rules, I've read all the community and game rules and I'm very aware of what rules we have and why we have them. I never knowingly broke a rule. If I understood the rules fully prior to this incident I would've NEVER logged out or threatened to report. I did these things because at the time I didn't know they were bannable offences.

This entire situation is PURELY because I was misinformed about the community rules, like I've said, I assumed the community rules were for the forums, teamspeak and discord. The only way you can trust I will not break the rules again is to give me another opportunity to play. I'm fully aware of the rules now, community and game. I will NOT break them again.

I was a new player for about one week, if I really wanted to break the rules knowingly (Which I don't) don't you think I would've just gone on a stupid rampage and VDM everyone I see in sight? It was a silly mistake based on a misunderstanding. I've waited for over 35 days now to sort this out and continue playing. I really DIDNT know I was breaking a rule.

@Cali1996What are you plans if you were to get unbanned, what character route are you going down? Also understand that your inventory would be wiped due the combat log ban.

I'd go back to doing what I did best, being the greatest fisherman alive! Amongst that, the occasional taxi driver for a bit more social and a couple hours a day at the casino.
