Unban Appeal for Cali1996

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I had just finished filling my vehicle up after a fishing trip so I wanted to quickly go and sell my produce. On the way to Takle and Bait a blue car drives parallel to me and I'm assuming they was speaking. I cannot hear at this point, I'm pretty sure I had been DC from the voice server and didn't realise. We drive parallel for a good minute before the driver puts his foot down and drives off ahead. After about 30 or so second the same blue vehicle comes at me, driving full speed on the opposite side of the road the drives directly into the front of my bonnet immediately rendering my vehicle useless. I'm pretty annoyed at this point so I relog to fix the VC issue. I come back online and the same person is just waiting for me there. I'm just going off memory of what was said as I believe this happened roughly 3-4 days ago. I said hey man, what the fuck are you doing? The person just repeated that it was an accident (Yeah sure... drives next to me for a minute whilst I mind my own business, and then full on slams me). I told the guy there was no need for that and so I punched him, closed fist and told him that he was a dick. He pulled out a blade and repeatedly stabbed me until I was downed on the floor. He puts me into the back of the car and begins driving. I'm upset at this point. It's 1AM IRL and I had work the next morning, I set a quick goal of running to the bait shop, selling my produce and signing off for the night but this dick decided to completely ruin the experience by performing actions which in NO WAY you can consider roleplay. I said this to the person. "Cmon man the fuck is this? Would you really drive full speed into another vehicle that's minding it's own business and then repeatedly stab them with a knife?" to which they'd just reply "Yeah... yeah I would" stuff along those lines. I've broken character at this point. "It's late and I just wanted to do X and X and sleep" I can't really remember the response they gave. They drive me back to the bait and takle shop and parks up. I tell the person something along the lines of "You're such a cunt, this isn't roleplay at all, this isn't fun, it's annoying. I'm gonna get your details and just report you for RDM/VDM without any roleplay context." I then just tell the person out of frustration "You know what It's late, I really can't be fucked with this right now so I'm just going offline" they then started repeatedly laughing at me saying stuff in a really patronising voice "hahaha enjoy your holiday! Enjoy your holiday!" Then I went offline. I didn't know what they meant by holiday but now I get it... banned.
Why should we unban you ?: Firstly, I would like to apologise for the fact that you've got to read this and deal with it, it was never any intention to break any rules. I'm pretty new to the server, I joined roughly a week ago and I've had a great time, I've made a lot of contacts, had a lot of really fun RP experiences and had a laugh all whilst getting some satisfying grinding done. I'm going to be completely transparent here and start of by saying that I never read the community guidelines. I can't be 100% sure but when I joined I can't remember seeing "Read both community/game rules". If it did say that and it's gone over my head I was under the assumption that the community part of the rules were only to do with the community, discord, teamspeak, forums etc. I fully read and understood the gamerules under the impression that's all I needed to know since at the time I wasn't interested in joining discussions in disc, TS or forums. When I was helped to locate my ban reasons and noticed a LOT of very important rules were listed under community I realised I've made a mistake. It's common sense to assume that you shouldn't break character ETC in a Roleplay server but I didn't quite understand the severity of it. The same with logging out in an RP situation, I had NO idea this was a thing and again, common sense to not log out whilst getting robbed for example. But I logged out and broke character due to the nature of the situation. I felt like a victim of someone who'd just broke the rules and I felt like breaking character and logging out at that moment was atleast slightly justifyable. It feels very unfair knowing that someone who'd broke the rules and fully fueled this entire situation was the one reporting me. Only last night a similar experience happened, two guys stopped me after selling a lot of produce and I had 42,000 on me. We had a great roleplay/robbery situation and I followed along. They took all my cash I just worked over two hours to get and it wasn't a problem as it was a real roleplay situation. I didn't log out to avoid some kind of robbery or roleplay experience, I logged out because the guy was a massive dick, I was tired and wanted to sleep, and most importantly I didn't know these rules were this strict. I really do apologise for the inconvinience I've caused. I hope you understand where I am coming from. Thanks a lot, Cal.
