Why do you think you were banned: Firstly I am very thankful to whichever staff member takes on this appeal especially because I know that staff wont take my appeal so serious this time round as I know that this is a very short time to be back in the appeal section. I can honestly say that I am really ashamed of myself for being back here in such a short amount of time.

I would also like to apologise to the individual person from OOC that I may have offended, and if I did offend you I can only apologise for my actions in this.

So I'm going to start with rule C1.3 - Swearing at someone outside of roleplay with malicious intent, will not be tolerated

So after having a police officer smash full force into the back of me and another player, I lagged afterwards really hard to which I then put into the OOC chat, "Whoever smashed into the back of me and another car, you have now made me lag really hard, thanks dickhead". I should have left this within character and not shared it within the whole community in OOC it was very childish on my behalf i will admit. I know I had mentioned to staff in a ticket that I was pissed off when I wrote in OOC about the incident, but I promise to never let something so stupid trigger me again when it could have been easily resolved within RP.

Why should we unban you: G2.6 - OOC chat is for help only, extended OOC interactions are forbidden

I am very ashamed to say the least that I have been apart of this community for almost 2 years now and I see staff telling off new players or even old players in general, I've even been told off myself in OOC for doing this. So I should really know better in this rule itself.

So what would happen if the similar thing happens in the future?
I will make sure to keep this in character and to deal with it in RP and to not have a strop in OOC.

I hold my hands up and admit my record may not be the cleanest at the moment but I am asking for another chance in order to prove to staff that i have learned from this silly mistake.
I know i said this last time but i unfortunately cant change what i done. Although i wish i could, but in a better way and within RP.

I hope you are well.

Honestly, I am disappointed you are back here in this section of the forums, after coming off a Permanent Ban. You were unbanned for less than a month, yet you've relapsed into old habits.
So, when will you learn?

Yet, you still chose to do exactly what you are banned for?

You've built up quite a rapport in bans and warnings.
If you haven't learned from the last time, or your previous bans and warnings - how can you be here now, and say you have learned after a few days away?
Either you think the rules don't apply to you, or you lack control over your own temper.

Therefor, we are not willing to let you back yet.
Due to your previous ban, and history - you will have to wait 6 months before appealing again.
Take this break, and use it wisely.
