Reason given for your ban: g3.5

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned because i was stupid enough to use my other character knowledge, i had bought my old house from Caitlin Walker to Ella Davis in which this fell under the rulebreak g3.5.

Why should we unban you ?: After being in the city for just over a year now, having met various amount of people, learning new ways to roleplay and creating 2 well known characters, Caitlin and Ella. I know what i did was stupid and wrong of me to do so, but i have taken a few days to reflect on the stupid mistake that i made and understand why action was taken against my mistake. I promise that if i was to be un-banned this will never happen again as i have learnt from this experience. I hope to get a second chance to continue to add to the city and provide good Roleplay and bring new ideas to provide good Roleplay for everyone.

First of all i would like to just say thank you for taking the time to look over my appeal, in regards to your question why did it happen in the first place i can answer that below.

Ella and her boyfriend Dan had plans to buy a bigger house up in the hills, we had gone searching the hills in our spare time and i had happened come across my other characters old house. At the time i wasn't thinking about the rule i had broken, and this is very stupid of me considering i have been here for just over a year now and should already know the rules. 

After having 5 long hard days to think about what i have done, re reading over the rules many times, i now know that this has also effected other characters in the city. I really miss RPUK, i miss roleplaying with my friends and i promise that if i were to be un-banned i can assure u this will never happen again.

I am a little confused by the ticket you had made and this appeal and I hope you can clear this up for me. You said in the ticket that no OOC information had been used for this but in this appeal you are saying that OOC information had been used, can you clear this up for me?

I did say that in the ticket because at the time i never saw it like staff did, i was stupid and never thought anything of it (breaking the rule i did) i had made if i’m completely honest. But after reflecting on the silly mistake that i done, this is why i have mentioned the full and honest truth about what happened after reading over the rules many times the last few days i have been off the server for.

If you were to be given a second chance on the server the conditions would be that the house will be removed from your Ella Character including all of the items inside. 

Do you agree to this?

Tbh Jessie, i am completely fine with that. As long as i can get a second chance to prove to staff that what i did was really stupid and i am deeply sorry for what i did. I can promise this will never happen again 🙂
