Unban Appeal for Bryn Clark
In-game Name: Bryn Clark
Server: GTA RP
Steam ID: 76561198799614917
Ban ID: !!rpuk12872!!
Reason given for your ban: C2.3 (Combat Logging) and G2.11
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for G2.11, which is a rule prohibiting any erotic roleplay from occuring. In this particular scenario, I told a previous leader of Triads some disgusting and completely inappropriate words which directly breach this rule. I will not directly quote what I have said as some reading this appeal may find it inappropriate and disturbing. Furthermore, I was also banned for G2.3, I am unsure as to exactly why this was added to my punishment.
Why should we unban you ?: Firstly, I would like to discuss my G2.11 rulebreak.
I take full responsibility for my words in the incident that lead to my ban. After being spoken to with staff and reading through the rules I have realised it was completely inappropriate and stupid thing to say, and I understand why it is now strictly prohibited to say within the community. I am ashamed for it to be something I thought would be funny to say. In the past month, my mindset has changed and I want to genuinely apologise for my wrongdoing. To those who I may have directly affected with my words, I am sorry. Upon joining the community it has never been my goal to say things that could negatively impact people or upset them OOC. I want to provide good and high quality roleplay. Throughout the course of my ban, I have reflected on my actions and have made sure to thoroughly read through the rules. If given the chance to return to RPUK, I will take steps to ensure that incidents similar to the one that led to my ban, or any other that involves breaching the server regulations, will not happen again.
If given a second chance here on RPUK, I will aspire to provide good roleplay that leaves a good, joyful impression to new, or existing players or even anyone who may be watching through external means such as Twitch. Since my ban I have realised I enjoy talking to other members of the community and the roleplay I take part in throughout my experience. This has made me realise how much I miss playing on your servers, and that my ban has allowed me to realise what I have said and how it may have affected those involved, and those spectating. Again, I would like to apologise to anyone affected by my words.
I truly hope you find it in your heart to give me another chance so I can continue my story as Bryn Clark, and show how I have changed in terms of understanding roleplay that breaches G2.11 is prohibited and that I can bring quality and fun roleplay to the server. I do miss the server and wish to come back.
Additionally, I would like to add that I am unsure as to how I have broken the C2.3 rule. I have previously opened a ticket in attempt to find out what I may have done wrong, however I wasn't given an answer. I am hoping you can shed some light as to why this rule was added to my ban.
Thank you for reading. Bryn.
