Why do you think you were banned: G3.5 - I had quite poor separation, quoting things my main character knew that my second character would know. To quote myself " Thats the copper that fired my cousin".

G4.5 Respawn Timer - I was downed in prison with little to no roleplay, Completely forgot about the timer and quite frankly didnt take the time to think that it would apply in the prison, got up and went and attacked the person,
Why should we unban you: To go more into detail on the situation that happened that lead up to me being banned, The First reason G3.5 - I knew on my main character that the Blue RS6 was driven by the person that fired me, On that character i RP a hatred for them and call them out as undercovers whenever i see them. , I was so used to playing the one character, I admit i completely forgot i wasnt on that character and thats on me, I can say for certain it wont happen again. To avoid this happening again if i were to reintegrate into the server, that character will no longer be used by myself.

Onto the second situation G4.5 - I was in the prison for around an hour, Some fella got Lippy and as things go i hit him once thinking it was one of the people i was in there with. Not knowing it was a random person. He then proceeds to pull out a wrench and beat me down with it, then refused to put me in the bed. with it being late at night and me being angry that he was stopping me from logging off which i voiced in LOOC. I took it upon myself to get out of the bed and go and attack him. I understand that this was against the rule, at the time it had completely slipped my mind, and when it was brought up i didnt even realise it would apply in the prison as its such a small area that can be highly condensed at times. But to reitterate I now understand where i went wrong and i can wholeheartedly say it wont happen again. To ensure this doesnt happen again if something similar happens to me i will wait untill im out of the bed and then fly out.

I had my previous appeal denied due to a lack of time between my ban and my appeal. I understand it has still only been 3 weeks but within that time i have been reflecting on things alot. I used to play this server daily and have built up a number of friends and "enemys" within RP that i feel like if i didnt take the time to make this appeal would be lost. I have truly reflected on my previous actions and can say i understand why i was banned and im now asking for a second chance to be allowed to play the server.
I would like to mention that my previous ban was for being underaged when joining the server years ago, Since being back this is my first punishment. I understand what i did was wrong and i would like to as stated above, hopefully be given a second chance to prove myself as the good Roleplayer that i personally think i am. What i did was to put it bluntly, Shitty of me, I wont try and make excuses for myself.

I understand that playing on the server is a privilege not a right, Thank you for taking time out of your day to read this appeal.

Why do you think that is? It has been made very much aware to me that a lot of people see prison as a "red zone" and think that anything goes, what would make you or anyone else think that the prison is different to every other place on the server?

To avoid this happening again if i were to reintegrate into the server, that character will no longer be used by myself.

This is some what sad, sad that you feel like you have to stop playing a certain character to avoid rule breaks. In no means is this what we want. Wouldn't it be better to be more aware of which character you are playing?

What would you do differently if you were to be unbanned?

I couldnt give you a proper answer to this unfortunately. Its just something that ive kind of thought over the times ive been in prison and ill honestly say i didnt do my due dilligence to even ask about it which is on me. I see that most of the time that RP in the prison isnt gainful or worthwhile at all, Its mostly low quality as ive mentioned above with the way things happened with the other person and even myself. To give you an example its either Gruppe 6 not enabling any roleplay whatsoever and kind of strongarming you into either doing nothing on logging off as they threaten solitary etc etc, to people who just dont want to RP or when they do it ends up in a fist fight over nothing.

This is some what sad, sad that you feel like you have to stop playing a certain character to avoid rule breaks. In no means is this what we want. Wouldn't it be better to be more aware of which character you are playing?

I do agree with this statement, however i often play the same character so when i go onto a different one i sometimes forget im not on my main. I think from now if im going to play on a second character ill take 15-20 minutes just doing some civ job to remember which character im on. I see this as a temporary solution untill i get used to playing on more than one character.

I would do alot differently. I would first change the whole idea of my second character to have only 1 criminal character and have the second and third one as either legal jobs or not as much of a criminal. I Would have different friend groups for each character. it just so happens that my "brother" played by zunko AKA Bubbles is friends with that group on that character. Those are just some plans and i come up with new things i want to do every day, Its the beauty of Rp that things are ever changing and developing into something different. I couldnt honestly tell you what ill be doing 1 / 2/ 6/ 10 weeks into the future.

This is some what better and I like hearing that you have a plan to help you see the difference between the two.

I’m completely for the RP punishments, i’m in the jail for a reason, however in my time in jail, i’ve noticed there isn’t much quality rp from gruppe 6, it’s a lot more “i don’t care, breathe the same air as me and your going in solitary” , Could you clarify a bit more on the if i was in that situation part please.

i can wholeheartedly say it wasn’t a cannot be bothered attitude, as soon as they explained everything to me i had accepted my fate and knew that if i tried to argue it i would just be wasting both my time and theirs, if i remember correctly it was late at night and i think we were all a bit tired. i’ve learnt over my years of being told off by parents etc that it’s best to accept a punishment rather than argue it and potentially make it worse for myself when in this case i try to appeal it. Basically id rather not say something stupid that would backfire on me here, i know you lot have a hard job to do and there’s no point in making it any harder.

Define "quality"? Yes I agree with going straight to solitary isn't fun but at the same time wouldn't there be an iC punishment for people who start being we'll say disruptive in prison?
I'll rephrase the question, if you were a prison guard experiencing a similar situation how would you handle that situation? (This isn't a trick question, I am just wondering how it can be looked at from a different pov)

To Define quality i mean RP that can lead to a further story line, throwing someone in solitary without much interaction is a story killer for me. i would love to see them do something like supervised work or something similar, where they are watching you and making you do things they would in a real prison.

if i was a guard it would be something like what ive said above, RP Punishments that still involve interaction and not confining someone to their own thoughts on a server meant for roleplaying and interacting with people. i would give them grief, call them a scumbag criminal etc, Would make them pick fruit, basically give them a task thats not going to benefit them, if that fails then i would probably put them in solitary, But still sit there and talk to them, try and create a story out of it for example where they have a vendetta against me. I would talk to them in discord for example and see if we could make an interesting story for CID / Police as a whole.

Well I guess I'll leave it another month now
