Why do you think you were banned: I was caught in the recent ban wave regarding third person shooting from vehicles.
Why should we unban you: Before I get into any details i just wanna take a moment to say sorry to staff, I can't lie I'm dissapointed in myself for letting you down after i was given another chance not so long ago. I didn't imagine myself being back here at all let alone this soon.

Throughout this appeal I'm going to be as honest and transparent as possible,
I can pretty much come forward and admit to where and when i shot in third person.

• The first time was when a cutlass vehicle was stolen and used to run over 2 members, I quickly chased the car down towards Pillbox. This is when i pulled out my gun and immedietly shoot the back tyre, This was followed with 2 more shots in an attempt to wound the person... This is when i realised i was in third person and where i learned how to replicate it, Nevertheless i stopped shooting immediatly and didn't continue with the plan i had to shoot this person.

• The second time was on the day of the ban wave. Me and 2 other members where at the sanitation plant having quite a heated argument with someone for around 5 minutes, I was situated a little further back listening and watching. After hearing the person slander our gang i took it upon myself to make a very stupid decision and shoot him whilst in third person, I use the word stupid because this person was a sitting duck... The shot could have been hit by anyone from any camera angle, For some reason i decided to be farse and go through extra steps to make what was frankly an unmissable shot anyway.

• This is where my memory gets a little foggy, Not so long after we left the sanitation plant me and the same 2 members were driving around just having a laugh, I'm sure that i used the bug again here to shoot out either one or two tyres of the vehicles my friends were driving. I can't fully recall on the amount of times i did it but i'm pretty sure it was no more than one or two times.

With that being said I do understand what I've done wrong and I can prove my intentions to this community. If i'm given the oppertunity to come back i will not let myself slip into a negative pattern, I want to prove to the staff and the community that I am here truly to roleplay and create stories for others that are enjoyable and fair in experience, I did slip up by using 3rd person cam. However, It is not my true nature, If given the chance I will be doing everything in my ability to prove to staff that I am genuinely here to be a positive and welcome addition.

Thank you for the effort you have put into this appeal, it is appreciated, I am also disappointed to see you back here, especially since you have in the grand scheme of things 'just' been unbanned.

Overall, your record is nowhere near the worst I've seen, and this will be used in consideration for the decision I will make, I can confirm that 2 of the events you have described above match what we as the staff team know, but I will let you know that there are a few more instances here.

I understand that mistakes happen, the difference in how we as staff deal with it, come in hand with the way you deal with it. Had you have came forward with information regarding the 'third person shooting' and informed staff that there was this bug (even if it was already known), then this would have only worked in your favour.

I'm intrigued to know though, what actions are you going to take going forward if you were to discover any exploit on the server?

Thanks for taking the time to look into my appeal.
I'd like to start off by addressing what you said here.

but I will let you know that there are a few more instances here.

I'll admit my memory isn't the best in regards to when i've done this. The best I could do was be as honest as possible about the times i do remember, So forgive me if you feel as if i've left out any details. This was not my intentions.

I'm intrigued to know though, what actions are you going to take going forward if you were to discover any exploit on the server?

I don't know what came over me to use this to be honest, It's not something I would usually do. I remember reading somewhere that staff were already aware of this and it was a well known bug used by gang members, So this was the rational for not reporting it.
Although I felt as if a report from myself wouldn't have made a difference, I do believe it would have represented my decision making 99% off the time, So It's a shame that i had the oppertunity to gain trust and ultimately ended up breaking it.
At the end of the day everyone jumped off a cliff and i followed. It's not in my nature to do the same stupid things over and over, I know I F'd up but I also know I've learned a valuable lesson.

I can honestly, hand and heart, say I respect your decision to just own up to your error here and explain in as much detail what has went wrong.

Your effort and honesty can not be ignored here and for that reason I'm going to be UNBANNING you today.

Please take this as a lesson, that anything you find, should be brought to the staff team, just so that even if we are aware, we know that it was an accident and that you've acknowledged it shouldn't have happened.
