In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: hello i was banned for money transfering for 105k at the time i have made a ban appeal previously and on that you'll see the admin said i recieved an additional 235k (which i honestly can admit i either did not or did not realise) me and that person was selling drugs together so i do not know if thats a part of it or not.. but i did break rules and rather 35kx3 on characters..

Why should we unban you ?: i believe i deserve a 2nd chance and its a bad mistake to make and was my own obvious fault for not reading rules properly.

To get this right off the bat straight away, are you aware these types of bans come with a complete character wipe of a character of your choosing, whilst the rest of your characters are permanently deleted?

Going to need a bit more than "I deserve another chance here". Why should we give you another chance when it's clear you cannot follow simple rules.

Hello,  I feel like i should be given a 2nd chance due to the fact it was down to me just simply being greedy and thinking nothing would come of it.. looking back at it its actually a dumb thing to do and makes complete 0 sense lol, i was enjyoing my time in the city meeting new people within RPUK was nice, a rule break is a rule break understood this 100% i had read the rules.

(C2.2) Exploiting - Using or attempting to use any exploits in any of our community game servers such as but not limited to duplication of items or money, transferring/processing items through walls and windows or bypassing intended animations. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not get abused in the future.

Is the rule i broke transfering money from 3 characters it was a combine total of 105k at the time.. it also says G2.9 but i cant seem to find that rule? 

When i was TP'd in game and asked about the situation the staff let me off and just took the money to the sea.. however i was continually playing then was TP'd again and accused of doing it with an extra 250k ish i believe, but that there was false 1000% me and another user sold coke and would send money back an forth to make sure we both were taking 50% (or if he was to buy it id send him my half).

Quite clearly the rule states its a perma ban which is fair enough so asking for a 2nd chance is somewhat cheeky however my RP was good and this was the only problem i had faced in the city, i was respectable and polite towards everyone in my character..

im also an honest RP player i know i broke rule c2.2 but i want to tell you about another exploit i couldve taken advantage of but never and alerted staff just so you know im honest and it was a poor decision to make in transfering at the time... so i was growing weed and it said i could cut it before it was ready.. thought this is weird so i did proceed to cut it thinking it was just a bug and wouldnt give me it however it did give it me, i alerted staff of this and gave him the weed and let him know of the bug rather than taking advantage. 

I know its going to be hard to give me a 2nd chance and i respect that but all i can really say is i wont make any form of mistake like that again, obviously easier said then done however i do mean it.

Think we can both agree this is a dumb thing to do. In relation to the rules the codes i.e C and G are referencing what ruleset it falls under, Either the community rules or gta rules, Both can be found under the rules tab on top of the page.

Now you are correct, The total you sent from the three characters you made was £105,000 and you was warned for this and discretion was used and the money was simply taken from you. At this point you could of received a permanent ban however you we're given golden chance not many do receive when they are caught doing such things.

In relation to this, Do you wish to stick with this or be honest? Just so you are aware, I've looked into the ban fully already and know the truth.

Hi stuart regarding your last comment, i know myself i only did it on 3 characters thats the truth from what i remember i know you'll know the truth thats why ive just been open and honest if more was given to me from said person doing it then thats me not aware and thought money was coming via drugs we was selling.. ive been honest, if thats not the truth then i apologise and didnt know any better and was obviously lied to in RP

So looking further into this. You transferred £105,000 to your friend and in return they sent you £175,000. You we're then talked to and money was removed. 

After this it was found a further £70,000 was transferred to yourself from your friend. This is what happened, So why not just say the first time all the money sent as it clearly didn't come from selling drugs now did it as it was transferred for some reason. Now the question is why?

Hello,  like i said I was well aware of 105k because I did this myself by doing it via new characters myself..

after I was spoken to I do not remember doing it and soon as I was spoken to I literally said in game OOC “we are dumb for even trying such a thing” proof is in the pudding with the extra £70k like I said no reason to lie I don’t remember doing it at all after I was spoken to hence at the time is why I was so shocked on why I was banned considering like you said I was given a golden chance.. as for your question as why, I have no excuse or reason. Was just a dumb thing to do and at the time I can only put it down to being greedy and new into the city and wanting money that’s all I can say without making a bullshit excuse up.

Hello, I’d simply never do this again… I know it’s easily said but it’s a stupid stupid to do and it won’t even cross my mind to do it, throughout the whole appeal I’ve been honest because I regret what I’ve done and wish I had not done it in the first place
