Unban Appeal for Bourkey

The date you got banned: 08/18/20
Member of the team that banned you: Daanv
Reason given for your ban: Perm banned G.1.2 & community rules 1.2.
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for apparently breaching rule G.1.2 & Community rules 1.2. However as is clearly displayed in the video in the report I did not breach either of these rules. I feel was simply banned for being associated with the two that broke those rules. Ash Hudini, now unbanned after appeal and Teodor Hudini, who quit after the ban and didn't bother to appeal.
I quit aswell after the verdict as it just seemed like complete lazyness on the part of the admin that dealt with the report, all it takes is to watch the video and ask a question to find out that I did nothing wrong besides being on the same side as the two that actually broke the rules.
Why should we unban you ?: So, I made an appeal previously then pretty much forgot about server for a while, that was closed due to not responding even though I feel like I put all relevent information in there, but hey-ho. I'll try again.
I'll be referencing Teodors video from the report and as such will link it below.
I was involved with the event however I was on the bike seen in the video. The ONLY thing I did during the entire event was pull up next to Teodor and ash while on my bike, circle around to chase officer greenhalgh as he attempted his no value for life escape, then get rammed against the wall by officer greenhalgh.
I did not have any opportunity to shoot, nor did I even attempt to. Ash freely admitted to this in the appeal so it's just baffling to me why I was banned. Once Officer greenhalgh was shot dead by Ash/Teodor I tried to steal his police vehicle, I entered the vehicle and then accidently got out rather than putting my seatbelt on. Officer greenhalgh decided to break RP at this point and lock his vehicle while downed. As shown in the video CLEARLY, I then called him a "Stupid man", from this you can clearly tell which voice is mine, and which voice is Ash's (my friend that broke RP by mentioning the forums). I did not break RP at all, I did not shoot/RDM at all, yet I was banned for both.
I'd like for my ban to be overturned so I can play with Ash again, I feel like the Hudini brothers brought good RP overall to the server and community on the forums. I'd like for that to continue.
Seeing as he freely admitted to his wrongdoings and was unbanned. It makes sense that I would be too, no? Seeing as I did not break any rule in this situation.
