Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for using the 3rd person camera in terms of C2.2 Exploiting.
Why should we unban you: I want to start by taking full accountability, I received a just consequence of my actions. I had used the 3rd person camera less than a handful of times, I'm not quite sure of the exact amount however, I know a couple were in regards to messing around.

I know why the exploiting rule is in place, it’s to ensure that everyone is having a fair experience, maintaining the community’s standard that everyone is playing on a level playing field, people that break this rule give themself an unfair advantage, I unfortunately out of annoyance that others negated the rule retaliated which was the wrong mindset to have at the time, I understand that better now, I just wish I had this mentality before I even found myself in this position, as it has taken me away from this community that I have spent so much time in, building my character and relationships with others.

Over my time I had developed numerous storylines and acting without thinking about the impact led to me being on the forums, I have been here long enough, but out of frustration that I had seen others misuse the fact of 3rd person and felt like it was only fair that I responded in the same instance, I know now that doing this was wrong and have corrected my mentality if I wish to keep my place here, I know that if anyone else breaks rules or I suspect them of breaking them I know I should report this to staff, or if I find a bug later on if allowed back into the community I will ensure to use the proper channels to report them forward.

I would like to apologise to staff and the community for letting them down and leading me here to the appeal section of this community but I hope that I can shed some light that I have changed my mindset to ensure this does not occur again.

You say during this that out of annoyance that others negated the rule, you retaliated by also breaking the rule.
If you've got the mindset of 'If someone else breaks a rule, so can I', how can we be sure you won't do this again out of annoyance in the future?

You blatantly knew you were breaking it, yet still did it anyway - we don't exactly have much trust in you now.

To reply to your question, two wrongs don't make a right. I should have taken the necessary measures instead of reacting in the same manner. I will not do this again as I will just end up in the same position as I am in right now. I can assure you that my focus will be on roleplay and to think about my actions. This has been a major wake up call to not only be honest but also try to be the best version of myself going forward to gain trust back.

The reason I ask this question is, the rule break here just shows you're here to gain an advantage, not roleplay. A roleplaying motive wouldn't be to exploit.

Yes, I am here for roleplay purposes. Over the last few years, I have highlighted that through my character's progression as a whole, with Cutlass we established our position by both selling large quantities of weapons/drugs and diffusing other gangs 'beefs', that was the most fun times I have had. I understand that I had used the 3rd person camera when I shouldn’t have, and I realised this from my time away. I will admit that it got the better of me due to people using it against me I thought it was only fair, I know better now that was the wrong mindset to have, but I can guarantee you that my sole intention on this server is to build up new stories and an expansive interaction range towards the community.

I am not here to negatively impact the community and wish to showcase that to the staff and the remainder of the community if given the chance.
