In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was in a jail cell the police officer had all the information he needed and I was just waiting for him to finish writing me up then send me to jail. Under the assumption that they could send me to jail even if I wasn't in the game I logged off to go to bed thinking that when I next come on id be in prison since I usually ask them to send me straight there instead of taking me to prison in the car.

Why should we unban you ?: This Ban was a very long time ago. I have not played GTARP since being banned well over a year ago. I have done an appeal before but due to being busy at work i couldn't keep replaying so believe the ticket closed down. I thought since the police was righting me up to go to jail I could leave the server and I would be serving my jail sentence. He asked me all the questions and was just righting the report so I thought I would just be in jail when I returned the next day only to find I was banned I was unaware at the time that this was an offence and just needed to get off i was under the asumption that the offcier could just send me to prison while I was in jail instead of driving me there (which I always ask them to do). I have played this server for so long and managed to progress so much with having a car and a house and a great clan. I had made so many memories on this sever and its a shame I can not continue to make memoires because of a stupid mistake. This is the only GTARP server I will play being from the UK myself. I have matured a lot since I have been banned and I understand why I was banned. imp asking for a second chance to enjoy this server and I believe I have a lot to add to this community. Thank you for reading and i hope u give me this opportunity to prove how I can be positive and make good roleplay for the community thank you.

One thing which stood out in your appeal is the following sentence:

that when I next come on id be in prison since I usually ask them to send me straight there instead of taking me to prison in the car.

Why would you "usually" ask officers to send you straight to prison from the Jail cell?

Hello, thanks for the response hope all is good. Personally I prefer being sent to jail that way it’s a lot easier. I have been driven there many times but always preferred to be sent there directly so I could just get on with my sentence and clean the tables to reduce it, don’t know if the server still has that anymore since it’s been well over a year since I’ve been banned. I’ve been working non stop and refused to play any other sever due non feeling the same or being anywhere near as good as this one. It was a first time offence and I got perma banned although I had been playing the server for so long before that and had progressed so much hopefully you can give me another opportunity to show myself thank you for taking time out your day for reading.

This is a roleplay server, we're here to provide everyone around us high quality roleplay.
By you asking to be sent from cells to prison via teleportation, you're cutting out a big chunk of roleplay with the officers on your way up, no?

I'm not sure I understand why you'd want to cut out that part of roleplay, and just begin reducing your sentence?

Personally I just find it easier as obviously I don’t want to be in jail so reducing it straight away is best. I have no issue with being taken to the prison in the car and have done many times before and enjoy the roleplay and the chat before the sentence. I honestly thought that it would not matter and I’d just be doing my sentence when I logged back In next. After playing the server for so long before this and progressing so much being perma banned was so frustrating to me as I refuse to play any other sever as the experience is not the same. I was unaware I would get banned from this but understand now why I was and would like to apologise and ask for a second chance. Thanks for the response and thanks for reading.

What was your actual reason for disconnecting? You say it was because you wanted to go to bed, was it needed with such urgency?
You were only in the cells for 2 minutes before disconnecting, and you were still in handcuffs at this point. I'm not sure how you imagined you'd suddenly spawn in at prison.

Honestly mate with it being so long ago I can’t remember the exact reason but it was needed and I did mention that multiple times i believe, which is why I was under the assumption that when I came back the police officer would have finished booking me in and would have just sent me to prison the other way instead of taking me there. It was a genuine mistake and I wasn’t aware I’d be banned for this. I don’t believe I was in the cell for 2 minutes it felt a lot longer then that it was so long ago now can’t remember the exact ordeal. Thanks for reading.

Good morning @Danoothanks for the response, My plans if I can return to the city is to finish upgrading my car I’d recently purchased a BMW M4. I have a friend who I used to play with too he will be returning to the city with me. We used to be in a biker gang so would be nice to see if any off the old fellas are still about today and maybe look towards joining a new gang. I only have one character which is named Deej and I have never made a new one so my plans would be to keep progressing and making new and quality roleplay for the community. 

If in the insistence i have to disconnect again I know now how my actions can affect others role playing experience, so I will wait for the appropriate time and make it clear if I am in a roleplay situation that I intended off disconnecting soon so I will not disrupt anyone’s experience.
