In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: First of all I would like to apologise for breaking one of your rules.
I think I was banned because I broke a rule on the game about transferring money to myself, and I know how bad it is for the economy and it ruins the experience it for everyone I do understand that being able to essentially print money could have the ability to destroy the economy and community which you guys have worked so hard to keep stable.
why i did it in the first place is because I didn't realise how serious the consequences could be to this server, but after it being explained to me i understand now why the rule was there in the first place.

Why should we unban you ?: You should unban me because since I’ve been banned I have read and understood the rules and the reasoning behind all of them. I’m hoping to go back to RPing with my boys because it is genuinely my first time ever RPing so I’m hella new to it and I’m really enjoying it and hopefully I can return with a bang and continue playing Mike Hoops. I understand how breaking one rule will make you lose your trust in me, but I hope by unbanning me I can prove I am someone worthy of trusting and keeping me around by bringing real and joyful experiences to the server
Once again I’d like to apologise for my behaviour in the past. I’ve not only let myself down but also my brother.

What was the goal in you doing this with your brothers? 

Did you take time to read the server rules prior to playing, If not can you please explain why?

Honestly the goal was to gamble all my money and see how far I could get with it so I could get an easy start, but I realise now that it was stupid and it would completely ruin the experience of a serious RP. I’m gonna be honest I didn’t read them properly because I was in a hurry to jump in and play with the boys and as I said before it’s my first time ever RPing so I didn’t realise how serious it is breaking the rules. As I explained before I have now read and understood the rules.

Alright, So as you mentioned you have read the rules now, Please quote the rule you broke that got you here and explain in your own words why you believe we have such a rule in place please.

(G2.9) Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.

I think this rule is in place so people don't constantly have access to easy money and essentially ruin the economy, Not only will it ruin the economy it will also ruin the experience of RP'ing for myself and others on the server. I do genuinely believe that it is a very important rule and from now on i will respect every rule in place in the future

How many times did you break this rule, Also did it happen with anyone else apart from your brothers? 

You mentioned the goal was to gamble the money, Couldn't this be done without cheating the way there?

I only made an extra character once, and no sir i did not, i only did it with my brothers.
i definitely could have done it without cheating, but as i said before i was new and thought i was doing something. clearly i wasnt and it was stupid of me, not gonna lie to you guys i severely regret this decision hence why i am fully down to abide by every rule you guys have in place.

So according to your brother he told you the consequences of doing this did he not? Yet you ignored that and still cheated. Why should we give you a chance when you have shown us that you don't really care about the rules? When even your own brother told you that would get banned for it?

Yes he did tell me the consequences and like I said previously I didn’t think it was that serious if you only did it once, im completely new to RP and was trying to adjust to the game, but clearly I was going about it all wrong. And you don’t judge a man on his mistakes you judge a man on how they can do better and hopefully I can show you that I will follow the rules and abide by them. My brother exaggerates a lot of things. No one gave me this idea, it was just an easy way for me to get some quick cash.

I felt like he was exaggerating the severity of the rules when he was explaining to me that ill get banned if i did it. I didnt think it was that serious as i previously stated, 

1) ive never RP'ed before
2) thought i would at least get a warning of some sort before instantly getting permanently banned
3) he was banging on about all the rules but i just wanted to go play with my friends i was in a rush and all excited

ive definitely learnt my lesson and im sincerely apologetic for breaking the rules

With bans of this nature it does come with a few things, Such as deletion of all other characters and a full character wipe on the one remaining. I'd assume as you mentioned your Mike Hoops character that this is the one you wish to keep? 

In relation to the full wipe what I mean by this is all money, Vehicles, Inventory ect will be removed. Do you agree to this?

Yea Mike Hoops is the guy i want!! and yes i understand i need to be wiped and i agree

This has now been completed and your character has been fully wiped and the other deleted. As mentioned in your brothers appeal, It should go without saying that if you do break a rule within a 6 month timeframe then you do run the risk of receiving another permanent ban and coming back to this section again. I would highly suggest if you haven't done so already to take some time to read over our GTA and Community rules so you are aware of them.

I do hope you don't let me down with this opportunity being given and I also hope not to see you return to this section moving forth. Don't let me down.
