Reason given for your ban: G3.1 player report

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for breaking the rule g3.1 OOC Information - Using out of character information to influence the course of roleplay is considered metagaming and punishable by a ban. This includes but is not limited to: Twitch Streams, forum information and Steam messages. I had shared my screen through discord which leaded to one of my friends to try save me from a situation which I accepted to a carry and completely broke the metagame rule which I take full responsibility which was a very stupid decision to make.

Why should we unban you ?: Hello back here again I was told I could re appeal on the 17th. I think that you should unban me because I feel like this time away from the server and takin this punishment has really sank in my head this time it has give me a great time to realise what I have done and how it was totally out of Order to break the rpuk rules I have fully read over everything more than 5 times now and I have a full understanding on everything i understand I don’t have the best record with my previous actions in the server but I have learned from them all and got so much better at the rolrplaying side of things I really did enjoy being in the community and I really don’t want it to end I get I messed up big time an I couldn’t be any more sorry to be here again it’s embarrassing because I considered my self a better person to stoop this low. it really wasn’t my intentions to just blatantly metagame like that I did share my screen but I did not call any of the lads out to come and save me this was a friend simply taking this into his own hands to try and save me as I stated in my last apeal I moved away from the computer to go for a smoke because I simply lost in a situation which I accepted I was going to die some you win some you loose but I new I had like 15 minute timer so I moved away from my keyboard other than that it really doesn’t bother me to win all situations as I came back to my computer I did notice there was someone gettin changed at this point I never new the cutlass member was hid in the closet I genuinely thought it was a random guy getting changed which made me shout instantly because I thought I was left and maybe could’ve been saved but once I realised through the voice and name I new that it was a wrong path to go down and I couldn’t kick my self enough for proceeding with this rule break it’s totally out of character for me and I have really let my self down because I thought I was on the straight and on the right path i should not have gone through with it I should’ve just ignored and died this would never happen again Im honestly so pissed with my self to do this i just want one last chance and I genuinely mean my last I wouldn’t ever break any more of your rules I just want to prove to you that I have changed and that I totally get everything I have learned from this and I wouldn’t ever want it to come to this again it will never come to this again I can promise you that I thank you for allowing me to apeal again I’m sorry inconvenience I get you guys don’t need it you deal with enough but thank you for reading my appeal

Why do people always want to gain the advantage even it means breaking the rules? Can't you abide by them?

This is your 3rd permanent ban, albeit your first one was a 1 day ban for Value of Life.

However, it doesn't strike me with confidence and that you're here to roleplay when most of your bans are for you attempting to gain an advantage with breaking rules...Do you even care about the rules? I am tempted to give you a longer cooldown to be frank..

I can one hundred percent abide by these rules I understand that I have done wrong and I’m takin all responsibility and i really feel like this time it’s opened my eyes a lot and ive realised totally that this is not appropriate in this community and just pushes me to want to become a better role player and I am not here to just break the rules I’m not here to gain and advantage on anyone. I admit in the past I was a proper Newby and I did some very stupid things that has really let my reputation down il be honest my record isn’t the greatest but I’m here to do so much better and never go down these same routes again I am here to roleplay their is nothing better and it’s something I enjoy doing in my time. I’ve spent countless hours putting alot of effort in to my character and so much effort in role playing I got my self into I whitelisted gang to enhance my role play so I could experience better scenarios in the city and I can assure you I will show you that I’m a brilliant role player I love helping people in the city and I enjoy keeping everything realistic I just need this golden chance to allow to show you that I’m serious about all this and I want to be apart of this community and I want to abide to alll of your rules and I care for all of the rules and shall abide to everyone of them and never step out of line again .   Thank you Liam in taking the time to read my appeal yours sincerely Curtis warren

If you can one hundred percent abide by the rules in place, please explain to me why you are a regular member on this section of the forums? 

You've also had multiple chances, ban after ban to read over our rules and familiarize yourself with them yet it takes you another ban to spark an interest in reading back over the rules... Why is it only after a ban that you have an interest in the rules?

In the past I have done done some terrible dumb things In the past but I have certainly learned from every rule I have ever broken and I have 100 percent learned from them all I really have I make sure that I keep everything as real as I can and I make sure that I stick to all off the rules this was honest a huge mistake a route that I should never of chosen by metagaming I couldn’t be more disappointed in my self for it it really wasn’t a blatant rule break I honestly didn’t ask to be saved that day I was happy what went on I gave it a shot at trying to do some role play with cutlass member and it went wrong I didn’t want to be saved I was happy what went on and accepted if lost but when I returned to my computer. there was someone in the shop and it was unfortunately a member who was in the same gang as me trying to save me if this never would of happened I would still be in the community now still roleplayin and having fun in my own time sticking to all the rules as I did from me learning from all my previous bans because I really don’t like to be here I like to stick to rules and know the game server I am playing.   I know it’s wrong what has  happened  and I take full responsibility because I made a stupid choice in accepting and proceeding through with this rule break (mega gaming ) it was very wrong to do and I’m sorry I wouldn’t ever do this ever again I just need that chance to show you I’m serious and I know the rules and I know how the server works and i agree that all them rules have great meanings in being in place or the server/city wouldn’t be as great as it is.

I honestly just re read over everything again and again just to make sure I never mess up on anything else in the future and it’s just to show you that I’m serious and that I want to be here in this community because I one thousand percent know I can do better than what has happened previously danoo I  thank you again for reading my reply thank you

Hello PsianaRama much appreciated in your response I thank you strongly.  I totally understand by the meaning three strikes and your gone but it was a rule I never wanted to break it all just happened to fast wrong time of day wrong frame of mind at the time and I can assure you this would never ever happen again this is really not where I want to be and I will never ever breaks any more or your rules psianarama I don’t want to I don’t want to it to ever come to this again I’ve beeen very silly previously with the reason in my bans all the other bans I’ve ever had in the past I have learned from them all and make sure to be the best rolelayer possible and I really made sure I stuck to everything that I can do and say in the city. I’m really annoyed with my self to the max to stoop low like this and break the rules I’m sorry if I could just receive the golden ticket my last ever chance to show you that I’m serious and that I want to be here and roleplay with others,  stick to the rules I hope to be able to get unbanned and to continue my journey with the community in rpuk I want to prove to staff yourself everybody in the city that I’m serious role player and that I wouldn’t mess up in anything ever Again definitely wouldn’t ever do nothing of the sort to be here at forums again now I don’t no if you will forgive me but I do know that I’m extremely sorry for what I did and it was absolutely wrong and I apologise from it from bottom of my heart . Do not think this decision was made lightly, and I can assure you that if you end up back on this section of the forums again the likelihood is that your appeal will not be entertained for a long time.
