In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: hello i was banned because of the situation that happened in the hospital with a few guys i was banned for rdm, not roleplaying my injuries and new life rule

Why should we unban you ?: i think that you should unban me because i know what i have done wrong and i have certainly learned from this to not rdm people and to not break rules such as not roleplaying my injuries also thankyou Stuart for explaining more about the new life rule it wont happen again and i promise to keep my roleplay to the greatest standards which i do but in this case it just got out of hand i understand everything that i have done wrong within breaking rpuks rules and i do apologise for these mistakes i consider my self a great role-player in the city sand i am liked by many of people i have changed my whole rp game and stopped lots of silly stuff i was doing on the game and i have got my self into a good group of people who are top role players and i swear to keep out of trouble and genially keep my head down im really sorry for this coming to this. it wasn't intentional for this to happen but i hold my hands up in my wrong doings and i appreciate you dealing with me in this way because it has made me to think a lot wiser about rp. i will keep my roleplay to a greatest standards and i can assure you this will never happen again if you could give me a chance just one more shot at this i can promise you'll never have to deal with me again i have been permanently banned and i just think i deserve another chance and take this as a huge learning curve thankyou staff in reading my appeal much appreciated. curtis

A great roleplayer however this ban has a minimum of 3 rulebreaks.

You didn't even understand the meaning of RDM. Random Deathmatch.

How are we not to expect you here again should you be unbanned?

I know it and it just got out of hand I let my self down in this situation has and I understand what I have done wrong and it will never happen again you will not see me here for anything  because I am going to be on my best behaviour and get my head down get back working and getting back in touch with my friends I do understand G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. I get this was totally uncalled for in every situation im going to make sure everything is roleplayed to the best of ability I have took everything that I have done wrong in consideration I think I should get unbanned I have a lot of time for this server and I like the community a lot this ban has really opened my eyes a lot more about everything and I can assure you this will not happen again everything will be up to scratch. I will do everything to give everyone the best of quality roleplay thank you for replying

Tell me why we should give you another chance considering your record of rulebreaks in such a short space of time?

I appreciate you taking the time to read my response, Siren. I believe you should give me a second chance to prove myself. I am aware that the rule violations I've committed were recent, but I now understand everything on this server much better, and I can assure you that I won't commit any more violations. Everything has been taken into account, and everything I've been banned with in the past has helped me realise alot to stick to the rules i have read over all the rules and taken extra care in understanding them all Thank you for reading, Curtis.

Talk me through the situation that led to your ban in as much detail as possible and tell me what you think you did wrong, AND how you would do it differently now.

 thankyou for for you time and well what happened was i got arrested for a shoot out i had with another player with then resulted me getting incapacitated, taken to the hospital where i got my gun took of me and across the bed i was laying in me and this other person was having an argument and things was getting intense where we was insulting each other etc but then as i was leaving as the officer was going to take me to prison i manged to tell the lad before i left i said  I'm coming back for u which then the officer escorted me away and got me in the car i then managed to get of with a 35 thousand's pound fine to not go to prison which then after i finished with the officer he let me out at the bottom of pill box i then went and got my clothes on and went back to the guy who was giving me grief on the bed next to me as i went back i went up to the guy fully blacked out and i did say something but i never got the body cam footage to prove it staff said they couldn't hear anything i said which made it rdm which i totally understand but this was not just a random attack from my side i couldve made it more interesting and i really regret that but this was the same person i had spoke to before i left, the guy i said i was coming back to so when i spoke to him he then then knew  who i was.  we was punching each other until one of his friends joined in on me which resulted me getting my fire axe out and incapacitated both of them but then one of his friends woke up from receiving treatment and then came at me with a bat which put me on the floor where i was incapacitated then one of the guys attempted to pick me up which i said i was too heavy for him but i thought they was going to dump me so i refused the carry i didn't really roleplay my injuries proper at this point and i could've done better then the Azteca came in which i was alright with Azteca's i allowed him to take me to check in which then he got incapacitated for helping me i understand the new life rule but in this situation i thought it would've been different as me and this player did have an interaction an argument some history at that point so when i went back i thought i was in right to do this but i know have a lot more knowledge for when i come up against any of these situations like this one for the future and i would make it so i have every right in any of my actions i would fully initiate in these situations and make it clear that nothing can ever come across random thankyou for reading i really appreciate it thankyou Curtis

Regardless if there has been a previous situation, the rule is fairly simple and set in stone.

Hello thank you again for taking the time to read my reply and yes I totally get that now and that it won’t happen again.

 (G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.

I totally agree with this rule this rule is important to this server because I protects the integrity of roleplay and to ensure it’s maintained to a high quality because this is not a frag server where you can just shoot people and randomly attack people out of the blue 

(G4.4) When you are downed:

• You have been injured to the point that you have been incapacitated and you must roleplay your injuries. You have not yet been killed; this only occurs when you respawn
  
• When roleplaying your injuries, you must not make direct reference to the in-game respawn timer.  
                                                                                                                                                                                                   i believe this rule is important for roleplay as a whole, and should be followed for the experience of other roleplayers it makes things so much more realistic to when this is done for example if you got incapacitated by a car you should roleplay all injuries as you wouldn’t be able to get up after that you must roleplay all the situation from when you are hit to when you get back up and then when you get back up you cannot enter any situation with the state that you was in until the 15 minutes is up for you to get back as normal 
  

(G4.5) When you have been revived:

• You have been given medical treatment and must continue to roleplay your injuries with the medical treatment in mind.
  
• When you are being treated by a medic, you must be mindful that you have just been injured and you must not just run off after you have been revived unless there is a strong roleplay reason to do so.
  
• Your character retains all knowledge of the time before they are downed.
  
• Due to your injuries, you must not enter any combat situation until at least 15 minutes have passed, unless an aggressor forces you into combat, in which case you must still roleplay your injuries.
  
• Due to your injuries, you must not re-enter the combat situation that caused you to be downed, unless an aggressor forces you into combat. Deliberately placing yourself in a position that would re-enter you into that combat situation is not allowed.
  

I believe it is important to do all these reasons of g4.5 with in this server because this allows people not not keep gettin downed and gettin back up instantly from a situation and causin an issue where a fight would start when you’ve just received medical attention because In reality you wouldn’t be able to do that you would have to give your self a rest to replenish your health and then get back into a fit form to engage in a situation. This also helps the other players to give their self Time to get away from the situation it’s important when you actually die you cannot remember what happened in your last life treat it like new it’s important to keep everything as realistic as you can as if it’s real life I thank you for reading my reply much appreciated Curtis
