Why do you think you were banned: Hello staff ,

From what I remember as it was some time ago I got banned for Meta Gaming and Economy Protection I was a member of the ballas at the time and got offered a new job working away so would not be able to play at all. Ballas was currently at war with another gang I cant remember the gang at the time so I give my container with my guns and money to share to the guys as the guns was decaying and nearly depleted would of been a waste to not use them and help the members out and as for the meta gaming part I didnt send any information in game to one of the members to meet me at a certain time to give them the container so instead I used OOC (Discord) to reach out and say log in ill give you the container now.
Why should we unban you: At the time i didnt think it would of been an issue i should of made a ticket and reached out to staff before doing any off this to make sure i was in the clear before doing it. Over the years while i was in RolePlay i would count myself as a good member was never really getting into any trouble like warnings or bans and would say my roleplay was genuinely good i just want to say thank you for taking the time to read my appeal and looking forward to hearing back

Been well thank you , hope you are well yourself?

To go more into detail about what i mean when i say i didnt think it was going to be a issue , i got offered a new job working away long hours and would no longer have the ability to dedicate the time to play RPUK like i did before. My intentions were to give my stuff away to help my fellow gang members as like i said previously , ballas were at war during this time. My thinking was just to get someone to log on and grab the container before i no longer had the chance to. Thinking back , i really should have just taken the time to RP it out. Doing what i did doesn't set a good example to other players and being that i was in a whitelisted gang , doesn't put me in the best light. At the time , I wasn't thinking about my future on RPUK , and i was certainly not thinking about the effects of my rule breaks and how they could affect the server.

The rules i broke were G3.1 and G5.7. I used OOC information to influence roleplay , when this all could have simply been done in game with me logging on asking if anyone in the gang wanted my personal items. This rule is here to keep the integrity of roleplay fair and fun for everyone. I then broke the rule for character growth. Giving away my container full of items defeats the whole purpose of why were all here. Making the money , Rp with the groups/gangs and building a character over time is what the server is about. Giving away my container the way i had means cutting corners and possibly ruining a economy.

While my intentions were not malicious , my ban was justified. With things changing in my life and having some more free time , it has made me realise how much i miss RPUK and how much i regret my actions.
