In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Hello, i was banned for bullying in the ooc, but i was accidentally given the wrong ban code which resulted in a permanent ban, i then went around appealing the ban the wrong way, i decided to try to discuss this with staff members in discord, although the first staff member repeated multiple times that bans are not discussed in discord, i persisted as i was frustrated that i was given a permanent ban. I then wrongly decided to speak to said staff member rudely, i was tired and frustrated with the ban although i know this is no excuse to do so. A second staff member then decided to join the chat, i now realise they was originally trying to just resolve the situation and get it dealt with through the correct appeal process, but i still persisted, understandably said staff member started getting frustrated and impatient with me and started to insinuate i was a child, i didnt take kindly to this already being frustrated by the whole ordeal and made the situation worse by carrying something on that should never have been started. With this i would like to apologise to both staff members for my poor attitude and dealing with the situation the completely wrong way, i hope they can accept my apology. Thank you.

Why should we unban you ?: i would like to be unbanned as i really enjoyed playing RPUK, its a well thought out and well designed server. My friends still play on the server and i miss playing on the server and the rp aspect of gaming. It takes you away from everyday life and transports you to a place thats just pure fun and entertainment. I hope you can agree ive served my justified ban from the server and please unban me, ive learnt from the situation and my attitude has and will continue to improve. Thank you for your time.

There is a lot of frustrated decisions in your own words, do you get frustrated often? 
What changed from the time you were banned to now? 

Prior to being banned, what was your roleplay like? What did you achieve in your time with Reece Birchall? 
If you were to return to RPUK FiveM server, what would you bring? What is your goal for Reece Birchall? 

You state you've learnt from the situation, can you go in depth on what/how have you learned, and what have you done to improve on your attitude?

Hello @Mike Wolfie, im doing well thank you for asking.

I would say i used to get easily frustrated, at the time of my ban i wasn't in a very good place, i was struggling in day to day life, gaming was an escape for me but unfortunately i let my struggles take control.

I decided to take time away from my PC and focus on myself both mentally and physically, i got healthier, focused on excelling in my career path and happy to say im in a much better place.

I believe i roleplayed quite well, i learnt the 'lingo' shall we say of roleplay quickly and got hooked to the aspect of it! With my character Reece Birchall my goal was to create a thriving gang with my friends, we were well on our way, we started out increasing our money through buying a selling drugs to becoming taxi boss' to then buying our own house to grow our products! our next step was to start recruiting others to join our growing gang , although we still had much to learn about the gang life. We also had a collection of cars that we had just started to raffle off, although by the time of my ban we had only just raffled one haha!

My goal for Reece Birchall remains the same, i found the roleplaying i was partaking in to be quite fun, interacting with the other gangs trying to make allies, learn the ways, but also others trying to end us before we began! it became exciting. So i hope to bring a new gang to RPUK which will hopefully bring more content. 

As mentioned previously, i took time away to better myself and get in a better place, i also had my friends telling me that i was infact wrong, so i reflected on the situation and i believed that to be true, so i became more conscious of my reactions to things that dont quite go my way, i breakdown the situation before i react, find out what happened to cause it, try to deescalate the situation, because we're not always right and things dont always go our way. I think taking this mindset has bettered my attitude and kept me out of situations i previously would have gotten involved in.

I am glad to hear that you're in a better place now!
Remember, this is a video game, you need to take breaks, otherwise you'll burn yourself out and / or end up in the situation you are in right now! 

Let's say, you have a lot of valuable items on you, and you get arrested due to a police officer breaking the server rules, let's say you said in a discord channel "I have three guns on me right now lol" and the officer acted on it, arrested you, and indeed found a guns on you, how would you proceed?

well unless there was solid proof that the officer used the information from discord to arrest me, then id continue to roleplay the situation, if they admitted to using information outside of the city to arrest me then id report accordingly. Am i right in saying that scenario would be classed as meta gaming? otherwise id take it on the chin, take the prison sentence and carry on roleplaying as usual, can always work my way to get the valuable items back.

You'd be correct as classed as meta gaming, I tried to create a scenario at the top of my head in a fast pace, to see how you would deal with it. 
Wouldn't you be frustrated if you lost a lot of valuable items? I know I would be, are you being honest?

You were banned for C1.3 - OOC Abuse. 

You've somewhat clean record, which is even more disappointing for me to see you end up in this situation, only banned once and that has been 10 months ago, was this a poor lack of judgement? Was this a one time off thing? Will we see each other here again in the future? 

Talk to me about the gang idea you had, what will make your gang different from the hundreds other gangs on the server? What will you guys focus on? What is the *LORE* of said gang?

well i suppose anything could be frustrating mike, being killed with no rp could be frustrating, going in a shop and coming out finding your car has been stolen could be frustrating, all depends on how you react to it. As you mentioned previously, you just have to remember its just a game, soon as you log out it doesn't matter anymore. These scenarios could create opportunities for RP encounters, its all part of the game.

I'd like to hope i wouldn't have to appeal a ban again in future, when i first appealed this ban it was confirmed that the wrong code was used for my ban, i think it should have been c1.2 but c1.3 was used or visa versa, but as i stated my reaction to the ban made the situation worse, which i am trying to rectify. But no, i hope we wont be interacting in this situation in the future.

I don't really have an answer for the gang idea atm, we have been playing on the server for a couple years on and off, we started out just wanting to make money and buy nice cars, then we took a hiatus from gta for a while. When we came back is when the idea first started, as more friends were joining us we just thought why not start a gang, we had contacts in the gang world and we were still learning what it was like. So we first learnt how to produce our own weed and was starting to learn the cocaine route, we bought a house, was still building our car collection and one of my friends had the idea to raffle off our old cars we didnt use anymore to make more money whilst ofcourse still selling the drugs. We spoke a lot about the gun trade, so i suppose we were more likely to go down the route of being gun traders. But there was no LORE as of yet as we hadn't exactly established the gang yet, we didnt have a gang name, we had a location but there were an already more established gang there so we were still in the early stages, finding our footing as you would whilst trying to lay low and be discreet until we had more knowledge. 

So in the meantime we were taxi driving and selling the drugs we had to build our wealth as much as we could, have random interactions with people around the city and just enjoying it, waiting to see what the future held.
