Unban Appeal for birchwood

Reason given for your ban: c1.2
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i was mid RP with someone over a stolen car, they vrdm me so i asked for admins to come sort it in ooc, someone who wasnt an admin or staff replied back 'no' so i responded 'didnt ask you nonce' i carried on with rp, the person who vrdm me came back and we realised it was mistaken identity, we both apologized and he took me to hospital. when we got there police came out and told him to drop me because im being nicked, they wouldnt give a reason so he put me back in the car to help me escape then i got banned as he drove off. im going to assume the ban is in relation to me calling someone a nonce in ooc, but calling someone a nonce doesnt come under any of the categories of c1.2 if anything it comes under c1.3. i was then told by some friends who have been banned previously that i can open a ticket and get it resolved, instead i just got given riddles about my ban, just being around the bush then started getting called a child, very professional. so of course i started to get annoyed with the people dealing with my ticket, was told to just fill out an appeal form then they closed the ticket.
Why should we unban you ?: i was started to really enjoy the city, was making some good progress with my friends, really started to get into RP with everyone in the city ,just came back after being away for a while. ill keep the 'abuse' away from the city, was tired and cranky so just retaliated to someone i thought was being cocky.
