In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was initially banned for breaking 1.2 (Do not express discriminatory or otherwise offensive views) but have been kept banned because I was ignorant to my actions.
The action that got me banned was me trying to bypass the chat filter, in my case regarding descriminatory words (racism).
Why should we unban you ?
Well first of all, Hello, it's me once again, I am aware that I have already wasted a lot of your time but the only reason I keep popping up in front of you is because I feel a connection to this specific server.
I know what you're thinking, "if you were to really have good intentions for this server, then why the hell would you go against two of the core things of this community, which are common sense and behaving properly as it is an adult community (this in my case should have been not comitting discriminatory actions at all). Let me first tell you that I have obviously had some time away. Not a very long time, I know, but hear me out. Looking back I do see things from a different viewpoint now and I could have back then aswell but I was being way to ignorant and you could say delusional of my actions.
In no way have I come here to waste your time telling you that I am a new human and that I am reformed and ready to come back and roleplay.
I have come to request a last chance because I genuinely have an urge to play on roleplay.co.uk, especially recently where I have had more free time because as you probably know we live in a society where
the covid-19 is a thing, but that is besides the point. My friends have recently came back to the server and obviously that being one of the reasons I am appealing, I would love to join them and have a good time together just as we used to have in the back before I fucked up and did my biggest mistake of an action ever, Arma wise! In your perspective, there's endless of people playing everyday, what difference would it realistically make for you reading this if you denied this appeal and lost out on me really? For you moving on with your life, maybe not a lot, but for me and my friends and hopefully the community if I were to be accepted back and could actually contribute with something to keep it to what it really is, a one of a kind community. I do not want my previous actions to represent the person I really am, but in reality they do, and it really sucks for me because now I am in a position that I have put myself in where I need you to believe me to give me another shot of playing and being a part of this thing that everyone has built.
In the past the discussion around my ban was stupid and a time waster. Instead of identifying what I actually did I tried to talk around it and as we all know it will get me nowhere. That is why I am here some time later, full aware that I got banned becasue I tried to, first of all, type out a discriminating word and then second of all I tried to justify it to benefit me and get me unbanned. I am done with that bullshit. I did what I did, I am not proud of it and I can't take it back because it is out there and it will stick with me on this community and it is my fault and mine only, I am fully aware of this. I can only apologize for my actions and try to move on doing better in the future. I don't want my participation in rpuk to end with that, I would love for a last shot at being accepted back, and I really hope you have just some belief that I perhaps might know in future scenarios how to accord more appropriate and accordingly.
Whoever read this, a final thank you for your time, I really hope it gets accepted as I have already wasted enough of everyone's time and nobody likes seeing the same name pop up in this section of the forums over and over again but I genuienly want to join back, otherwise I would not put this effort in, just hoping you see Some glimt of hope in me.
