Why do you think you were banned: Just like to start this appeal off with an apology for being back in the same situation I was a couple of weeks prior to getting banned again and as much as it pains me to be here again, i have a justified explanation and report to provide you. It started off as a joke to rob one of the lost MC's shops in Mirror Park planned by 2 of the people i was with at the time (Obviously I lost the bet). so i robbed the shop and just after the cops came to the shop to talk to me, knowing I was the culprit as I was going to be arrested, multiple lost MC members shot me on site and the cops were on site. now i don't know if you have had a similar report in the past about the situation involving the 2 police officers but they weren't very happy with the situation either. Anyways shortly after shooting me 2 of the members on bikes brought a car to the situation and drove me away from the incident to dump me in the middle of nowhere (Bare in mind I was blindfolded before I got in the car). We got to the location where they dumped me and eventually said a couple of things to do with the situation and baring mind I was still blindfolded I heard the car that they were in drive away from the scene leaving me by myself to die. in an act of frustration, I shortly left the game knowing I had nothing valuable on me anyway, but it wasn't the case of what I had on my character at the time it was just the fact it was late and i was angry but now i understand i made the mistake of combat logging and I am willing to accept that. I also understand now why that rule is in place and the advantage that can be taken out of combat logging but as I said it wasn't the case of keeping the items I had on me but out of pure frustration of being killed the way i was at the time of me robbing that store. I had 2 eyewitnesses who were experienced in the city such as I who can back my case further if would like me to provide their in-game names and discords.
Why should we unban you: I have been in the game for over 3 years now and I have built up a character that is connected to many high-ranking individuals within the city like gang members as well as government bodies,. i understand yet again that i had made the same stupid mistake as i did before, however, i wouldn't be making this report knowing i had to wait 2 months to fill it out without feeling a connection with this server as i wouldn't with another one. i have over 1k hours, while i understand that i have been banned multiple times before this appeal it was in the space of over 2 years of playing and i wouldn't have been here now if i had no respect or things to lose within the cities. Going back to the previous paragraph i would also like to say that i did try and contact an admin via Discord and OOC at the time before i combat logged but they didn't seem to have the time for my report and didn't have a screen recording app open as i had to reinstall windows due to consistent crashing within my PC.

Let me start this off by saying that there is no 'justifiable' reason for Combat Logging, its quite a straight forward rule.

Now onto your record for Combat Logging, you currently have,

1 Previous Warning and 2 Previous Bans with a THIRD current ongoing ban.

Surely after 3 instances of being spoken too by staff, you should know what this rule is? So why have you broken it so many times and why are you here, yet again, appealing a Combat Logging ban?

Please tell me, in your own words, what the combat logging rule is and why we have it in place.

I'd also like to know what actions you're going to take if we were to unban you, and more importantly, why, after so many chances, should we offer you another?

Id just like to thank you for taking my ban on!

I was foolish to repeat the offence a third time and it was a scene i admit to not wanting to be apart of as discussed in my appeal. However, i realise now that it was part of a scenario i was in and made the wrong choice AGAIN when trying to resolve the situation.

Combat logging is an act that a player takes to deliberately get themselves out of a situation they think will result in a negative outcome of a scene, the ban is put in to prevent players (like myself) from repeating the same action again. This can effect others that were in a situation, making them unable to roleplay properly and ruining their experience within the server.

If i was to be unbanned, i would not under any circumstance repeat the offence again knowing the kind of pain id have to go through to justify my reasoning behind breaking the servers rules. I have changed alot since i was banned many months ago and wouldnt be here if i didnt want to be back in the experience of roleplay within this server. This is one of few servers thats tolerable and i genuinley enjoy playing. I have met a ton of people within the city that i enjoy playing with and it would be a shame to me and and the people i have met if i were to repeat the same offence a fourth time in a row. I pledge guilty to my offence and the time in which i have been banned for has really helped me to realise how much i want to be back in.

I'm going to find it extremely hard to justify unbanning you here, I've spotted a pattern with your bans and subsequent unban appeals, let me summarise below,

• You are engaged in an RP scenario that you're not happy with
• It doesn't go your way, so you get angry
• Because you're angry you combat log
• Because you combat log you end up here

You have explained the rule in your own words twice now, you know what this rule is and yet again, you're here for a third time pleading your case.

I'm going to take a MASSIVE chance on you here... I'm going to unban you tonight..

However...

ANY ban within 6 months will land you back here in the unban section on a permanent ban
A COMBAT LOGGING ban within 12 months will land you back here on a permanent ban with an automatic 6 month cooldown

Either way, another ban and it will be near impossible to come back from it.

Do not throw this golden opportunity away.
