In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: for saying something i had known was wrong from reading the rules

Why should we unban you ?: Been on this server for about 2 weeks, this is the first and only server i will play used to watch a few streams of it before getting my laptop setup, i know exactly what i did wrong and knew as soon as it came out my mouth i was in the wrong im not going to repeat the word now but it was against the rules, i have had a few good roleplay scenes since being on here and would be devastated if i would not be able to return, i got caught up in a situation i should not of been in and should of carried on what i was doing before all this unfolded im not putting any 1 else to blame apart from me, i really do hope i get the chance to come back and keep up with the roleplay i was doing before this mistake i made. i explained everything from the whole situation to a admin/mod at the time when he pulled me to 1 side and he understood where i was coming from which i fully appreciate

Are you aware of the meaning of this specific word? If it something that you condone or use on a daily basis even? Why would you choose a word like that to express your anger?

 
im sorry i used that word and upset someone but i didn't mean it in the way it has been taken. I was meaning the same as "dickhead" or "idiot". I dont use the word i used on daily or regular basis, it came out in the game because of my frustration/anger. it really isn't a word i use at all. I now know the meaning of the word but with not using it regularly i didn't associate it with anything other than what i have already said.

i have learnt that if things get heated in situations similar to what happened the other night to take a little break from the "RP" and come back, but as i said im not here to do any of that i just want to build my character up like i have been doing before this slip up. i have made a few friends on here from buying and selling cars and it would actually be a shame to never speak to them again. Sorry again

(G4.4) When u Are revived or Down

You may not actively enter or continue any combat situation for the next 10 minutes.
Your character retains all knowledge of the time before they are downed.
Whilst downed you may not gather any new information to use once revived.
While you are downed you may not divulge tactical information to anyone.
Please be mindful that you are heavily injured and should act accordingly, you were downed and have lost the fight, you will not recover instantly.
You are in medical custody until an NHS Medic releases you.

Hi i think the rule G4.4 is in place because if it wasn't it could spoil the fun/RP of the game or scene for the other players in the same area or who is involved.

The consequences of not having this rule enforced would be having characters remembering exactly happened to them before the RP unfolded in whatever situation it was.

if somebody is dead then obviously they cant talk or interact it would spoil the fun of the game.

If the downed combatant told what had happened to anybody or spoke of it that would also ruin it for others as its information to do with something that they should have no knowledge of. 

Im sorry again for all of this, I also did not know this was part of my ban or i would of stated it in my appeal. This will definitely not happen again.

Given that you're fairly new to our server, this should've meant that you had read our server rules upon joining and you would've known that what you did was against them. 

This clearly didn't happen or if it did you decided to ignore them entirely which tbf I'm not sure what's worse. 

Why now should we give you another chance to play on our server when you spew out words that are vile that can offend so many ? I can live with the not RP'ing your injuries. It's against the rules but you can learn from that. 

What is stuck in my mind and one reason that's holding me back from issuing an unban is your willingness to just use awful language. 

Convince me. 

 
Hi yeah i have been in the city for just under a month, i have read the rules throughout the forum but i got engrossed with the game and got carried away, wrongly as it turns out but it was the heat of the moment. i passed away in a roleplay scene and then was handed over to the gang by the police officer which i wasn't expecting but he must of represented a crook cop. Where i come from Manchester/North the word i used isn't a homophobic word/name. It is the same as calling some 1 a ''dickhead'' ''idiot''. I'm not homophobic in any way and I'm ashamed of my self for getting the quote of me being homophobic it really does not fit the person I really am.

Again i know your not here for the excuses or anything of the sort of trying to cover up my mistakes, but honestly im sorry for putting my self in this situation i can assure u nothing of this sort would ever come from me again while being in the city.

i have roleplayed and been in so many different scenes and stuck to the rules i know are in place. Apart from this 1 time where i just felt like i was fighting a losing battle and my frustration got the better of me and i did not think or process it before saying it.
