Why do you think you were banned: 3rd person exploiting
Why should we unban you: First of all, I want to apologize to the staff and community that I have let down. I am ashamed, as I was recently caught in the ban wave in regards to third-person shooting. I'd like to say that I apologize to members of the community that were affected by my actions and for wasting staff's time by having to deal with this appeal. I'm ashamed that I've ended up here, and instead of taking the proper route when I believed it had happened to me, I became a part of the problem by joining in and doing it myself in the heat of the moment. I should have told staff when I first found out about the bug, and instead of partaking in it myself, I should have reported it if I believed it happened to me. I let my frustration cloud my judgment, and I'm sorry for not doing more to prevent it from happening. I didn't make a ticket initially because I knew staff were aware and it felt like the problem wasn't getting dealt with, and that was a big mistake on my part, I shouldn't have doubted and should have done everything I could to help the situation get resolved as quickly as possible. I remember it happening a few times, and I regret it massively. It felt unfair when I believed it happened to me, and I shouldn't have ruined other people's experiences by doing it too, as they would have felt exactly as I did, and there's really no place for it in this community as it gives an unfair advantage, and people shouldn't have to deal with that.

As a longstanding member of this community, I am sorry again for wasting everyone's time, and if given the chance, I will never make a mistake like this again in the future. I have many friends that I've made that I'd like to get back to and enjoy my time with, and I completely own up to my mistakes, I take accountability for my actions, and accept the consequences.

I appreciate the honesty. Now, please walk me through the situations you have done this. Have you been abusing the bug for an extended period of time?

Furthermore, do you remember the conditions you were given on your last unban in July of last year? Let me refresh your memory:

"If you are banned for a rule break that directly impacts Roleplay going forth such as (RDM, RVDM, Metagaming, Exploiting, Breaking Roleplay, and Powergaming) You will receive a two month cooldown."

What are we going to do with you? Why should we take yet another chance with you at all and not just send you off?

To be honest, I do not remember the specific circumstances of when or where it happened; the only times I can really remember was trying to take out tires. In terms of the conditions for my last unban, to my knowledge, I spoke to Liam regarding this, as he was the one who proposed it, and he explained that it was like a 2-month probation until my FBS was cleared again, which it has. I try to keep away from the forums and keep a clean nose. I believe I should be unbanned as I have been a part of this community for around 4 years and whilst I have had a few slip-ups, I always learn from my mistakes and make sure to provide the best roleplay I can. I have been a part of many groups in my time, have experienced many avenues, and have brought many role-playing experiences to others. I hope to continue to do so. Lastly, I would like to apologize again for any troubles I have caused staff and others.

Now, this is not by far your first ban, but more interestingly not your first ban for exploiting. How come you seem to always steer clear for quite some time and then we find you back here nonetheless?

As previously stated, I do try to keep my nose clean and avoid any types of rule breaks. I was banned for exploiting years ago while I was fairly new to Fivem, I am not trying to make excuses, but I will admit it was a mistake for which I was ashamed. Nonetheless, I have come a long way since being unbanned and have tried to stay clear of anything remotely close. All I can promise is that if unbanned, I will try my best to steer clear away like I have done and continue to provide the best roleplay I can whilst adhering to the rules.

I can´t say I am entirely convinced, but I am satisfied with your answers here.

To make one thing very clear - any ban you catch within the next 6 months will be permanent. Should you be caught exploiting again, it is very unlikely you will be coming back at all and you will be put on a 6 month cooldown by default.

Make sure you keep to your word and do not waste this golden chance!
