In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for a homophobic comment I made toward officers which I don't wish to repeat, I never meant it maliciously even though it was said like it was, I was angry about the situation and let my emotions get the better of me, which I never usually do it was a series of things that led me to the outburst, something I never intend on doing again and using this mistake as a lesson to be a better person in general. I apologise to the officers who heard my foul remark, I hope you and the staff team can forgive me and allow me back into the community

Why should we unban you ?: I believe I should be unbanned because this is not a reflection of who I am, it was an outburst I'm not proud of, and would love an opportunity to redeem myself and again really do apologise to everyone for what I said, it has no place on this server, I wish to clear the sour taste its left on my name and showcase the high-quality RP I know I can.

What happened in that situation for you to act out like that? 
All you were told is to move your car, is it really that easy to get under your skin, or am I missing something?

Hello Mike, thank you for replying & I hope you're well.

I've been better with all honesty disappointed I'm here, some context to the situation, it was a prior altercation that led to a raid on my property and jail time, I went to the police station to get eyes on the arresting officer to kidnap him, I had parked my car in front of the station and had decided to abandon the plan due to the amount of officers and move the car upon the officers request, as I'm leaving I hit an officers car and he then put his lights on as if he was about to pull me over (totally his right too), and my emotions got the better of me and I said something I aint proud of. It's not something I do and hope my clean slate shows that I'm usually calm and collected even when things get a little heated. I'm disappointed in myself and shouldn't have said what I said, I hope I can have another chance to prove that was a mistake and to show that I'm capable of handling emotions and providing high-quality RP.

Thank you for shinning more light onto this situation, I understand you wanting to take revenge due to your property being raided and jail time. 
What I fail to understand is how it slipped, is it part of your daily vocabulary? 
Or was this a honest bad judgement and you said something before thinking. 

A lot of staff advise the following; Think - Press - Speak

Your clear record does play a decent part in me wanting to give you a second chance, I just want to be sure there won't be another "What IF" situation; 
What if you get raided again?
What if you get chased again? 
What if you get robbed 2 in one night? 

How do we as staff know we can trust you not to let emotions get the better of you.

Hello Mike, 
I'd like to start off by saying this is not part of my everyday vocabulary and it was bad judgment and failing to think before I speak, it was blurted out and I'm embarrassed by it and not something I do regularly, that advice is solid and something I will be making sure I do from now on if I was giving a second chance. There have been many situations that I've been robbed 3 times a night doing taxi work, or I've died lost everything at 4 am to respawn and die again by a local running me over, or I've been arrested selling drugs many times in the same day, all these situations i managed to keep my cool and enjoy the RP. if I ever feel like things are building up or I'm getting angry whilst playing I'll log out for a while I feel like this way it would be impossible for this mistake to ever happen again

I'm glad to hear you're understanding this situation you got yourself into, your clear record plays a big part in this decision as we do not take any of this form of vocabulary lightly. 
I honestly hope this was a very bad judgement call and a very bad slip up on your behalf, I highly advise you if a game is getting to you that much, take a breather, log off (make sure you're not in rp). 

I will give you a second chance, given your clear record I am more than happy to give you said chance. 
Keep in mind any ban for the next 6 months will automatically come with a permanent ban. 
If you're banned again for anything related to C1.2, you will receive a minimum of 3 month cooldown.
