In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: So from what i remember i was at Tire Nutz and someone came along and we got into a little fight, he 'Called' his mate he came and shot me and i stupidly combat logged, i then logged back in and was taken by an admin and banned, I then reported the individual who i had a confrontation with and we was then both banned for the same reason after that as an add on to the already given ban, which if i'm correct i think was talking while down something along those lines

Why should we unban you ?: I realized i had made the mistake straight as i logged out, i don't know how i thought i could get away with it considering there was like 5-6 people around at the time of the incident and know i should have just gone along with it and taken the situation on the chin and taken the defeat like everyone else would have, i like this city and i have made a few stupid mistakes but i'm trying to learn more and more and i will stop with the stupid behavior and become better at RP... Thank you

So there are three rules you have been banned for this time around, Two you have listed and the other being G4.4. I remember your last appeal you made just under two months ago and you broke more rules, It is disappointing to see you back in this section again more so within the small timeframe since we give you another chance to return. You was told back in that appeal that it will be very hard to return if you get in more trouble moving forward from that appeal. 

Looking over your history with us since you joined FiveM close to a year ago. 

You have Three historic bans with us; 

• C1.2 | Discrimination
  
• C2.2 | Exploiting
  
• G2.4 | Value of Life
  

We do understand people make mistakes as a whole, You have been given multiple chances to learn from said mistakes however you just keep breaking more rules. Now you have the three rules this time around being C2.3 G1.6 & G4.4. Looking over all of this and more so the last appeal wasn't that long ago I am going to go ahead and deny this appeal and place a 3 Month Cooldown before you can make another appeal. You will be able to re-appeal on or after September 3rd 2022.
