In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Basically I exploited selling weed and an admin spoke to me about it and then gave me a 24 hour ban as a warning, he did say that it should be a perma ban but as a warning he only gave me 24 hours which I understood and I said to myself I'm not going to exploit now cause I will get banned okay, I did it at my own risk but it confused me when I went to log on after my 24 hours was up to see I was permanently banned, I would have been okay if someone had said you're getting perma banned but to see I was lied to and not to be given the second chance I would have gotten after loading in after the 24 hours is devastating to be honest, I look forward to coming on the server everyday after work to have fun and meet new people, Yes it is my fault but the day I was dragged up on it the person who was selling next to me was also doing the exploit and the person across the road a few days ago someone I met was doing it so it really does make me feel targeted that I was possibly the only person banned that day for something everyone was doing and who knows I bet there is someone doing it as I write this

Why should we unban you ?: I feel like I should be unbanned because I was only told this ban was going to be 24hours and that its now a perma ban I was clearly lied too, I feel like I should have the second chance that I was obviously going to get before the perma ban, even if I'm on a watch list or anything for admins to keep an eye on me every time they see me on and that they can see what I'm doing at the time I don't mind... I feel like everyone should have a second chance and mine was taken from me, I admit what I did was wrong and it will never happen again, I hope you understand and we can resolve this some how.... thank you

@BasicalyIKEAThere is a bit more to the narrative than the exploiting of selling drugs. What were you doing in the hospital just prior, specifically logging in and out multiple times?

@George Harris The whole handcuff thing wasn't me, I had been let go by the police after a £10K fine which I paid on the spot my friend contacted me and said that he had disconnected and he was also let go, My handcuffs were glitched and still showing on my hands which the admin who spoke to us said was glitched and took them off, I didn't realise that my friend actually let go he was still being spoken too and he ran, I then found out he was meant to be seen by the police he just told me they let him go which clearly wasn't the case, because he told me they let him go we obviously thought that his cuffs were glitched as well and because he thought they were glitched so he kept logging out to get them back off the admin then said he was putting them back on which made sense, in my defence I thought they were glitched on because he was 'let go' (which was obviously wrong) He also claimed that he lagged out but the admin also said he logged out himself which I don't know cause I cant see if he did or not, But like I said I thought he was glitched I tried to help, I was let go in this Scenario, He is the one who had the cuffs on and wasn't let go, I was uncuffed and they were just around one wrist which the admin said was glitched (like I said), If I had known my mate had not been let go I would have told him to go back and wait for some officers to come find him and get back to him to finish what had happened, I don't really know/ remember anymore to this, that was all really to do with him about the hospital and the cop chase, I f you have any more questions about this please do ask cause I have really forgotten what happened... The only way I will remember is if its bought up to refresh my memory, Also if I've forgotten anything please tell me

Let me remind you that you being in this section and even in the scenario where you get banned is because of your own actions. So saying things like "i was clearly lied too" makes no sense. If you read the rules page you can see that exploiting is a perm ban regardless. 

So, could you please quote the rule you broke from the rules page and explain what you did to break it and why its considered exploiting.

(C2.2) Exploiting - Using or attempting to use any exploits in any of our community game servers such as but not limited to duplication of items or money, transferring/processing items through walls and windows or bypassing intended animations. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not get abused in the future.

But What I did before I got the 24hour ban (that turned into a perma ban) was exploiting selling weed, As I went next to the car on my bike and offered the drugs I had cancelled the animation by pressing Z or X (to put my hands up) which as you know stops the animation of shaking the hand of the person in the vehicle, so I can move on to the next car and sell again more quickly. 

If you want to know the exploit that happened at the hospital, It was that I was let go from my cuffs and let go free but my friend that was still in cuffs "disconnected" and he didn't have his cuffs on, An admin then put them on again and he kept logging in and out to get the cuffs off his hands, He thought they were glitched and he kept doing it not realising he hadn't been let go by the police yet until after we had been spoken to by the admin, because when I was let go I wasn't with him at the time he was in the hospital with other officers so I had no communication with him so I wouldn't have known if he was let go by the police at that time, he found me and then told me he had been let go so obviously tried to help him (which I shouldn't have done honestly, But that exploit was him logging in and out over and over again to remove hand cuffs.

Yes I was at the hospital involved with that exploit but I didn't tell him to log in and out, That wasn't me exploiting, that was him exploiting not me, my ban came from the weed exploit, which I admit I shouldn't have done and let the animation play.

P.S. I am also very sorry for what I did and I have no intentions of ever exploiting again, I always look forward to come on this server and in all honestly this is the best server I have found in  along time I really enjoy playing on this server

I am going to give you another chance. Now obviously this goes without saying that any further exploits or anything you are seen doing in that nature you will not get another chance so always think about what you are going to be doing before you do it.
