Why do you think you were banned: To Recap, this is my ban appeal after a 1 month cooldown that was placed on my appeal on the 26/02/2025, So, from memory the incident occurred when Me (Barry Skinfade) was contacted by the president of the Cursed MC (Roman Phoenix) and was informed that he had been put in prison, he asked if I could attempt to break him out so I agreed and began to hatch a plan, I was helped by 2 other members of the MC and accompanied by another person we were in contact with who also had a friend(s) in prison.
We drove to the prison all armed and arranged a visitation with Roman, in hopes that during the frisk search that we thought Groupe 6 were going to do on us we would have a window of opportunity to grasp a chance to break Roman out of prison, this didn't go as planned and no frisk search took place, in a moment of panic I passed a gun through the glass to Roman hoping he could attempt to break out that way. This is where the rule C2.2 was broken as there I passed a gun through a solid object.
After we finished RPing our story's in that scenario we were taken to QE where we was educated and informed about where we went wrong, then a report was placed about us in which we was then understandably banned.
Why should we unban you: I think I should be given another chance as I think I can provide high quality roleplay when I am in city and try to get as stuck in as I can, this is my first RP experience and I was enjoying it a lot, spending most of my free time on the server, meeting new people and having a lot of fun, since being banned I've read the rules and ironed out any kinks in my understanding of any of the rules and I really will make an effort to stay within the guidelines and the rules of the server. I plan to apply to the police and really flesh out my storylines in RPUK, and hope to pursue many more endeavours.
Lastly I agree to any conditions the staff bring forth as long as I can get back to RPing with my friends and having fun, that's all that matters, I would like to extend my apologies once again, as I know I was banned just 3 to 4 weeks after I was unbanned, because of pure lack of common sense and panic, Ill make sure nothing of the sort ever happens again and I will be very cautious of my actions in future and will approach every situation conscious of the things I am doing, the reason this server works so well and is so good is because there is a zero tolerance on any sort of rule break and I completely understand why there is, it allows the high quality roleplay to shine through and prosper and weeds out the people who are trying to ruin the experience for everyone else, I understand that I have slipped up twice now, but I really do hope I get 1 final chance to show you what I can provide to the city, I wont let you down, I promise.
