In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: combat logging

Why should we unban you ?: honestly with all the problems id been having with my pc hardware it all got very frustrating i do now recall the situation you are talking about and i do remember i couldnt hear the other people who where tryin to engage in rp with me wich i assumed was somthing wrong with my pc wich is why i spoke up in ooc genuinly thinking that they werent talking and jus killed me but now im aware it was my own pc that was the reason for me not being able to hear them and due to being quiet new to the whole pc and rp scene im still figuring things out and i understand now loggin off befor a situation is over is against city rules and is somthihg that i can promise will not happen again i just ask for one more chance as ive put in alot of effort to this city stayed patient through the grind and honestly jus got frustrated with my pc not being poweful enough to run fivem properly but the during time i had away iv relaise i have noone else to blame but my memory for forgettin such a simple rule i am genuinly sorry and hope i can be given one last chance to not only prove my self but bring a positive and eventful energy back to the city please reconsider as i know what i did wrong now and fully understand why it cant ever happen again im sorry ive also been and purchased new ram due to falling through the map a few times i thought it was all related to those problems 1 last chance please ill never break a rule again no matter what happens

Going off of this, surely if you had microphone issues. You would've tried to disconnect before you were stabbed, or straight after to fix your microphone to resolve the situation?

You disconnected 23 minutes later, honesty is the best policy in this community and this is the second appeal where you haven't been honest.

Tell me why I shouldn't deny this appeal and give you another month cooldown to think about your mistakes?

from what i can remember it was due to me not resetting my voice box, the guy who i believed to have RDM'd me must have been trying to engage with me. guessing he killed me for not complying. i truthfully had been having issues with crashes and falling through the map a lot, i also did need to replace my ram. i could show you pics of my ram that went bad and the new ram the guy fitted for me if that would help. I'm very sorry for coming across as a liar, it's just i couldn't actually remember the exact rule i broke because the stress i was getting from the issues. all i wanted to do is play the server to the point i even got upgrades for my pc to ensure a smoother experience for not only me but for others. I was also aware that you would be able to see the crashes or clean disconnects through a log because somebody told me this when i mentioned it on the discord server, i was kind of hoping that you would have been able to see the crashes and dc's where i joined straight back due to falling through map.

I can see that it looks like total disregard for the rules and dishonesty but it all comes down to a knock on effect caused from nothing more from the performance on my pc.

I just wanna get back into the server and have some fun and continue to develop my character.

although you could deny my appeal i'd extremely appreciate it if you didn't. from this I've learned there's certain ways to deal with things... for example if i were to experience issues similar to before i should let somebody know. i also know i should always check to make sure my voice box is working upon connecting to the server. i appreciate there are methods to deal with issues within the server/community and that i made no attempts in doing so for which i am very sorry.

please allow me to play in the server again because i have no interest in any other server, if i can't play rpuk than i have no business with fiveM. I've been wanting to get into RP for so long but all other servers I've played have been terrible experiences. rpuk is the only server that ticks all the boxes for me so if you could please reconsider my ban i can assure you there will be no issue from me again and going forward from here i'll always do things the right way.

If the same again was to ever occur in future I would wait until the rp situation is fully over and not log off until I've healed fully I understand no matter my problem with my hardware the rp situations come first and will respect the city rules I really do not wish to be on any other server

To prevent exploitation, people could log out to try to avoid losing gear or to avoid a situation, I understand it also contributes to the rp situations aswell e.g. having amnesia after death I also understand its in place to prevent the lack of rp situations and helps add to the immersion of the city and rp situations.

Given that this is your only ban and that you have put some effort in, I will go ahead and unban you this time. You character inventory has been wiped as you would not have had these items after dying anyway. 

Needless to say, we do not do this lightly. You will only get one chance, get banned for combat logging again and its bye bye. Don't mess it up bud, come back, RP, have some fun and make sure you provide to notch RP for everyone else and lets make this place the best it can be!
