Why do you think you were banned: I was banned under C1.7 common sense due to picking up another member of my gang during a gun fight through a supposedly "closed door". I was put in a ticket and asked if I were the one to pick up said member at which point I happily admitted that I did. I was then banned because I didn't come forward earlier to say that it was myself and because I didn't have any evidence to prove my innocence.
Why should we unban you: I'm gonna try to keep this one short and sweet.

I have spent quite some time away from the server, and I do miss it. Since being away, I haven't been keeping an eye on whats going on too much, but I did notice one thing, the gang that I was there from the start of the its rebuild, Aztecas, has slowly declined and became quite inactive, which was sad to see. I still speak to a few of the people that play from time to time and they have been talking about making the gang active again. I know my roleplay ability and if you ask others members within the RPUK community, they can say the same that I have always tried to make every encounter with anyone on the server enjoyable and memorable. Just because of one lapse of judgement, almost a year ago, I have found myself here. I just want to get back to where I left off and help the OGs such as Matthew and Augustus build Aztecas up again and bring that refreshment of roleplay to the server again.

The situation the happened with the lost MC was a mistake, and I have learned from it. I apologised on numerous occasions to those whose role play I may have affected and can assure it won’t happen again. I should have came forward quicker and owned up to the mistake to avoid all the issues. I just want to return back to this community and have fun with the friends I made doing something I enjoy.

You will not be able to play character "Kane Brooks" for 5 months, during this time you MUST create a legal character and experience the legal side of RP (This could be NHS/Fire/Police/G6/Park Ranger/Mechanic/Solicitor ETC).
If you're to be seen logging into Kane, you will be back onto a ban.

If I may could I possibly suggest something? If I do agree to these terms, would it be possible to still play my main character Kane Brooks but also keep up with a legal character whether it be NHS/Police/G6 etc? I'm aware most legal factions have a required amount of hours and I would be more than happy to ensure those hours are met every week/month. I've seen this before like in Matthew Labile's case where he was allowed to play his main character whilst ensuring he kept up with the NHS required hours. Being forced into 5 months of a legal character will undoubtedly take its toll on me and I would begin to feel obliged to log on, almost like a job, which I'm sure you can agree takes the fun out of playing. If I could have the chance to do both, for roleplay as well as making sure I don't burn myself out on one character I would be more than happy to agree to the terms.

Unfortunately not.

We have given you chance after chance yet your notes are extensive and are for the same offenses over and over again. This is your chance to return, prove that you don't need to be toxic when playing the server and then hopefully continue playing after this period with a new attitude. It'll take more than an appeal to convince us of that, in your case.

The choice is yours.

Thank you for your patience here, I'll go ahead and APPROVE your appeal today...

Let me be clear though, from the conditions you've agreed to above, you ARE NOT to log on to your Kane Brooks character for a period of 5 months from when you get unbanned, you will next be able to log onto that character on 13/03/2025

If you are found to have logged onto Kane Brooks before that date, or any other rule break that is bannable takes place within the next 6 months, then you will be straight back onto a permanent ban.
