Unban Appeal for balonibeater

Reason given for your ban: C1.1/C1.2/C1.3/C1.12
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: The first rule that i broke is c1.1 (bullying). I called him multiple names with my friend after an incident in the trucking yard where he kept ramming me when i was trying to pick up a trailer. This was very unneccesary and could have been solved peacefully but i acted irrationally.
The second rule that i broke was c1.2 (discrimination). I was homophobic by calling him transgender for no reason even though he was not. I know that was extremely irrational of me and was unneccesary but yet again i was acting stupid.
The third rule is c1.3 (OOC abuse). However i cannot remember at any time using ooc chat for anything other than when i first joined the island using it to get the grips of the controls. you keep telling me that im saying i dont know what ive done but i do apart from this one thing so if you can show me where i did this it would help greatly.
The fourth and final rule that i broke was c1.12 (sensitive roleplay) this is about me continuing to call him names and verbally harrass him after being told to stop.
Why should we unban you ?: I believe that i should be unbanned because i love playing on the server. i know my actions were wrong and i have said in multiple appeals that i will never do them again. i have admitted to all my mistakes other than in section c1.3 (ooc abuse)as i can not recall a time where i used it other than to learn how to play. if you can show me what i did it would help. All my unban appeals have been denied and in each one you have assumed what type of person i am by calling me childish and pathetic after i have admittted to my mistakes. I had fun on my time on the island and would do anything to get another chance to play on it. I am sorry for my mistakes and will verbally apologise to the other player if i get the chance. I can promise that nothing will ever happen from me and you will never hear about me again. i know my last appeals werent the best but im hoping this is the one that gets me unbanned because its all i want. If there is anything more that i can do to be unbanned i will happily do so. I know that you think of me as a stupid and bad person but i can tell you im not i just made stupid mistakes which i can assure you will never happen again.
I hope that you consider this as it is all i played for a while and had fun in it.
