Unban Appeal for Ballyragger

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was using the advent calendar and getting lots of candy canes on my characters (I usually log off in the casino) - I dumped a load of these and they were in a box on the floor in the casino.
When I spawned in with one of my others, I did the advent and also got more canes - I dumped them in the same 'box' on the floor, but couldn't understand why some canes weighed and why my limit was over weight etc, so I took some out and then put some others back and admittedly it would have been transference between characters (idiot move but wasn't thinking and it wasn't to benefit in any way) - so I think this is why I was banned given it was for exploiting and character transfer.
To the letter of the rules yes I see now how I broke them and I apologise.
Why should we unban you ?: I'm quite new here, been around a week or two and I'm finding my feet and I love it. I was introduced by a friend and he guided me in a lot of the protocol on this server I read the rules and digested (most!) of them (clearly not all!) - but like anything you also need to find your own way. I was experimenting with weights and why I could hold some things and not others, and accept this was a breach of the rules but I wasn't trying to exploit in any way, if you have records you'll see transfer and I think it was some rubbish items I found (evidence bag?) and candy canes - I wasn't trying to gain any advantage.
I'd like to become an active member, I really enjoy the time on the server and have already met some really good people, my photography character I hoped to grow as I can do all the ads and design offline which I think helps others to promote themselves, brings an added realness to the game and tweedle, and I also have very good tech and web knowledge (I helped people in the #help discord when they couldn't log in by suggesting a switch to Beta of 5M while there was a bug) - I'm always keen to help and keen to learn.
I am sorry I messed up - I appreciate the rules are there and why and didn't think I was doing anything wrong, however with hindsight I see that what I did (ignoring exploits etc) is just something that couldn't happen in real life and as such that's worse than trying to exploit as it's not the true way of RP. For that I apologise.
I've never had a server ban, game ban or any form of ban in my entire steam history of 15 or so years. I've 1000+ on Rust which is known to be toxic and then some, never banned or even warned. I never hack, mod or faff with anything either. I'm a Community Ambassador on Steam, I always try and be an active part of what I'm involved with. I'd like to be involved with this.
I understand that these bans are listed as permanent, with no appeal - and I also understand it's my responsibility to know the rules - however I would appeal to you at this time of year for a little leeway and forgiveness and if you're willing, guidance to help me become an active and then valued member of this server.
If not, then I respect that it's your server your rules and understand you choose who comes into your house and plays, and wish you all the best with what is a brilliant server.

- I've got a lot of time spare this Xmas as 'family issues' means I won't be there with them, so if you can see some extra Christmas cheer this way and let me back in sooner I'd really appreciate it (though also understand if not).
