Why should we unban you: The whole situation was a misunderstanding, I had previously encountered the officer in question a few minutes before and said I’m going to take a photo outside PD and then fly out, I was the only person in my group active on the server at the time but I was on the Phone to my friend Gary. I have 2 diffrent headsets/mics as I don’t have a audio splitter so I use my AirPods as a Mic and my Headset for Audio and at this time I still had my AirPods on but my headset was on the ground. Now when I’ve taken my phone camera out and gone to flip the camera my screen has frozen, in the evidence clip you can hear me say this however because of lack of context I’m assuming the officer thought I was speaking to him and not my friend who wasn’t on the game, upon my game freezing I have button mashed, up down left right backspace enter as they are they inputs for the phone camera and after that not working I hit Alt F4 which is pretty common for me when things are freezing, however I did not get the Acceptance screen to confirm the Alt F4 muscle and without my screen changing FiveM closed on me. With this being the last thing I was going to do before going off at 5am in the morning I decided that I could just do it when I flew back in the next day unaware of the situation. Like I said my headset wasn’t on from after the first interaction with the officer at LS customs so I couldn’t hear anything that was said and if you can check my visual at the time of the incident you’ll see that the opening few frames of my camera didn’t have anybody in so I was oblivious to the situation. Fast forward about 20 minutes my boy Saul rings me telling me that someone is accusing me of combat logging to then I have instantly jumped in the QE room which is what he had originally requested, I messaged him in discord but he was pretty set that he had waited 15 minutes already which was understandable as that’s what rules state however I thought he might of had a bit of understanding due to the time of day and my willingness to sort the situation as soon as I was notified of it. When I get off every night I switch off my WiFi and other electrics as standard and my WiFi isn’t the best on a good day, so as soon as I found out I have switched everything on again but my wifi wasn’t having any of it. After 20-30 minutes of trying to resolve the situation I messaged Jay Mac’s to ask if we could resolve it the following day as it was already 5:30 and I had work at 9am to which Saul then notified me that he had said he’d already put the report through. I understand there is a time limit you guys have and I respect that, however being completely unaware to the situation at hand I couldn’t abide by the time limit as the report had been filed 16 minutes after the incident so regardless of my attempt to try and sort it I’ve just had to wait for an appeal. This has only took so long as I explained in the discord and tried to via DM to Jay but he has new DMs off, because I’ve had family down from Newcastle on Friday night so I haven’t been able to do anything. To try and prove to Jay that there was no malicious intent I did offer in the DM I sent him and he didn’t receive to meet him in the exact same spot and for him to arrest me because like I said I was not aware of the situation and I wasn’t trying to avoid any outcome, I’m still way more than happy to do this to show you guys that it wasn’t intentional. Like I said as soon as I found out about it I tried to resolve it, I’ve not personally had any issues with this server and I’ve only been in a week and on my first night was arrested by Officer White/Whyte at 5am in the morning to which I stayed until around 6am completing what was necessary even double checking with him when the best time to fly out was as I was working the next morning. I hope you guys can see where I’m coming from and see that I tried to resolve it and believe that if I had responded instantly it would’ve already been brushed over, anyway appreciate your time
