Why should we unban you ?: Firstly id like to apologise to the staff for my first ban appeal as like I said in that I am not good with all of this stuff. I think i should be unbanned because i have taken a long time now to think about what i did and i know it was wrong and will be sure not to do it again. I had played here for hours upon end before my ban and had made amazing connections with some staff and the community and i do miss playing on this server and think that everyone should be given a second chance. I want to come back and expand(if thats the word) my RP and provide amazing scenarios/situations within the community and i hope that you will be willing to let me back

No need to apologize for your appeal, I'd prefer reading an appeal from heart, than an appeal that was templated, ai generated so on so forth.

so, (C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban.
i would say its classed as rage quitting as i had left after i was shot and was just about to get off the server anyways
Explain the rule in your own words, why it exists, why it's necessary to a RP community- combat logging in my own words is f8 quitting/leaving during activee combat/during a situation. it exists because it makes it unfair to the other party/community as everyone has to follow rules so they people don't do what i did
What RP have you been providing to the people so far- during my time in RPUK i have been in a few gang communities and had made a few great connections with higher up people in the server. i cant remember all RP scenarios due to not playing in 9 months but i look to make high quality rp scenarios
What is the lore of Bobby Cok-
truthfully 'Bobby' didnt have much of a background story due to an old friend of mine recommending this server and i had built his story up around what i was doing in the server at the time(wont let me change the highlighted text)
What RP scenarios / situations do you wish to provide-
when i come back i wish to get to back to know alot of people again as its been a while and depending on where it goes from there will depend on what sort of scenarios i will provide(If that makes sense)
and lastly, that appeal like i had said at the start of this appeal i am really really not good at all of this typing and made a stupid mistake used parts of other peoples appeals and lied to Liam which i do deeply apologise for as i just am not good with this stuff

Your overall reason for disconnecting (Combat Logging) during the scenario that was presented to you on that evening is because you were "Annoyed".
What I would like to know is:
Do you often act out of emotions/anger whilst playing on the server?
If I were to give you a second chance, how do I know we won't end up back here?
If you were placed in the same situation which got you banned again, what would you do differently?
Honestly I don’t normally do things out of anger and over the past few years have managed to control my anger considerably well and haven’t really lashed out at all on the server from what I can remember if I was given a second chance I would not ruin the opportunity of coming back by breaking simple rules. I have read the rules through and through and at the moment of me f8 quitting I was just not thinking. If I remember correctly I was very tired and it was late but not too sure.
if I was put into the same situation I would just let the rp roll out, intending (if that’s the word) that they haven’t just shot me without valid rp reasoning then if that happens I would ask to speak to them ooc on teamspeak or on the discord voice rooms to understand the reasoning behind it but I would not f8 quit as it has landed me here and I do regret it.

I will give you the benefit of the doubt, it has been a while ever since you were banned (24/12/2022)
I do believe you've changed (please don't prove me wrong).
(In the future, as well, if you're banned again, please don't use other people's appeals for your own)
Please, please go through even greater lengths not to end up being banned again, your second unban appeal will be even more difficult than the first.
I am willing to give you a second try, given this is your first perm-ban. Keep in mind that any bans for the next 6 months of your unban will be automatically permanent.
