In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: No idea, not had any explanation

Why should we unban you ?: Thank you for taking the time to read over my appeal

I have been apart of this community and grinded my ass of for well over a year now. I love it. Its the reason i play till this day. I can can guarantee i wouldn't waste it and let if go to waste by getting banned for dumb shit. I would love to stay apart of this community and i think that would show by my pretty clean record. I have had one hiccup which me Papasmurfy and the other individual sorted out. I truly have nothing to hide and want to prove i am innocent of my ban.


I have been banned for- Game modification - Using any sort of modification that changes the functionality of your game is not permitted to be used while you are logged into our servers. This includes non-malicious graphical enhancement utilities. We have systems in place in order to detect and punish users for this type of offence. This offence will result in a permanent ban without chance for appeal.

I have no game modification on GTA. It is 100% vanilla. No sound packs, visuals, frag packs ect. I am willing to prove this in anyway possible. i have nothing to hide and was very shocked to see why this has occurred. I have so many medal clips which are all public to show my game play. I have some un edited clips as well from the city and arena that i can show to prove my game play is vanilla.

I have had no explanation other than C2.1 for my ban. So i apologise for the lack of info on my end. I truly want to get to the bottom of this so i can return. Again i am willing to do anything to help with this.

I would like to ask why i have been banned. I know i have done nothing wrong. So i do wonder why this has taken place. I will admit i was very angry at first hence why my first appeal was very blunt, but please see it from my side. I haven't done anything wrong and to not get an explanation and further to deny without saying anything can be frustrating. I would to even love to just talk it over a call. Anything yanno .

To be honest i just want to play in city again. It was my escape from getting home after work and being able to play with friends and create memories. To do this i will assist in anyway i can to prove my innocence.

I'd like to have a look into this with you and hopefully we can get to the bottom of this current ban! 
This ban has been sparked by an active gunfight you were in, prior to receiving the ban. I believe this was around by Ballas / Grove Turf on the rooftops. 

I know you've mentioned above that you've not got any game modifications installed, but is there anything following this gunfight that you believe could have led to this ban?

Long story short no. Thinking back i did nothing wrong and i actually have most of the situation clipped. I haven't actually been advised other than "c2.1" to why i have been banned. I would love to shed some more light onto the situation but i have no idea what's actually going on. So i apologise if my ban appeal seems vague up to this point.

I have never been banned before and only had one little incident and Papasmurfy was very kind about. I have been proud of my clean record and would love to help in anyway to get back to that.

I really don't think i have broken any rules and if you could help with some more detail onto why i have broken C2.1 i would maybe be able to explain more in depth.

Again sorry for the lack of detail in this. I am willing to answer an question and help in anyway possible. I can also provide the clips if needed. Anything i can do to assist i will.

Can you provide us clips of November 19th prior to you being kicked off the server? 

 
You have been flagged. You seem locked onto 3 different players in your own clip through buildings and switched between them until you see one pop out then turn to shoot blackhawk. Can you explain any of this?

Hi Charles, thank you for responding.

Firstly you I would like to go through this clip with a staff member because I don’t know what you’re on about which I will explain further below. Also I can shed light further as to why I think the clip is legit.

I lock onto 3 players. Where? I have gone over this clip so many times and I’m happy to go through it/ discuss with staff as I feel like that would be more beneficial than here. 
 

I'm really shocked by the 3 players through buildings. Because I have no idea what you’re on about. Only time I know what you could be referring to could so easily be debunked when I show you the clip with a crosshair. Because it shows me aim has to be readjusted due to being far off when I re-peak the cop. So are you insinuating I track 3 people through building an and shoot them when they become visible?

Genuinely no offence but what are you on about, when? I genuinely have no idea when this could have happened apart from the one incident I mentioned above. Its hard to go  through these points because its a 10 min clip and because I'm not cheating i don't know when your on about apart fro the black hawk shot. With out time stamps or context to these claims i don't know. Again if i could go through the points you want me to via call and screen sharing the clip a lot easier.

The black hawk shot. That I missed? I see the heli go for a lucky shot miss and don’t either bother retrying because I’m unclear still how much you have to lead your shots to hit from that distance. To be honest I'm not quite sure what you mean either. I track three people see one and then flick onto the heli? I just re watched the clip and i don't get what your talking about with the heli shot. I hear the heli try to find and then just take a pot shot at it. Im failing to see the issue.

There is a certain part of the clip I would love to discuss which would help my case and it’s when grove flank me and shoot me twice before I see him. 
 

I'm not cheating so I don’t know what you mean when you make these points because I can’t actually see through buildings. Again I would like to discuss this further over a call so I can be shown what you’re referring to as I don’t know. I’m not cheating, never have. Never will.

I'm also happy to show and go through my medal. Nothing is hidden and  I’m happy to show or do literally anything u want me to do. I have nothing to hide. 

* I would just like to add, i have been apart of this community for well over a year and i know honesty is the way to go and how to go about the appeal section to get unbanned. This is the reason I'm asking to speak over a call. I can explain my side in great depth using the clip to show my side and thoughts.  I really want to come back to the city and not being in city for around a month now has made me realise how much i miss it. I am willing to do, show or help with anything i can to prove I'm innocent of these claims. I'm just asking for a chance to speak and go through these claims together to get to the bottom of this. 

i have spoken to a couple of staff before and I'm sure they can attest to my maturity and willingness to help via call. *

Do you have any footage from any other gun fights? The longer the better. 
We need to determine WHY the evidence flags and so far the evidence you've submitted strengthens the case against you.

Hope your doing well,

Firstly thank you- i know I'm innocent so i'm trying to provide all the info i can to help. i don't know why i have been flagged and personally i don't agree with your above statement but i will explain that below. I hope none of my responses come of as blunt or aggressive I'm just really missing the city and want to come pack.

Can you please explain to me why the evidence i have submitted goes against me.  I don't think there is anything wrong with this clip and like previously stated I'm willing to go through it because i can't see how it goes against me. I would like to discuss it further as knowing I'm innocent just regarding it off as evidence that goes against me i at least like to put my point across and show why its legit.

In regards to the second point i will have loads and loads of clips i can show of my shooting however On that night  i do not. I died very shortly after to police so there was nothing to clip. Would you like clips of my past encounters. I even have clips dated less than 24hr before.  If so could i please go through these over discord so i can show you guys everything. I'm  really willing to show you guys everything and prove i have nothing to hide. Doing it over a call would be good as i can show you literally anything you want on demand there and there including clips. 

I can also un-edit the clips to there original for you live as well and show you everything. However i can post the edited clips for you if you would like. Just like i mentioned above from that night i don't have any. After that clip ends i ran around a little move to a different building on f-block get shot and while i try to apply an armour police flank the other entrance and drill me. didn't even get to react to pull my weapon. I typed in ooc which i shouldn't have so i apologise for that and get kicked. That's the end of the situation i log back in. Get saved like 20 mins later and fly out straight away because i was done for the night.

Please ask me for any info because i will provide.

Can i also ask how "flagging" works. Is it by a staff member or some sort of software that flags people. I'm not doing anything wrong so how i can be flagged to me to baffling. What actually is there to flag when my game is vanilla.
