Why do you think you were banned: I assume that my account was seen to perhaps spam the discord with @everyone and give them a link to something?
Why should we unban you: Hi, thank you for taking the time to read this.

Last night, my discord, steam and other apps on my computer all got hacked, which I assume is from malware I’ve had installed on my computer. Therefore, my discord had been taken over and had sent hundreds of messages to my friends list. I saw after I got access again that I had been removed from the RPUK server, probably due to the fact the bot must’ve spammed in the server.

Since last night, I’ve fully wiped my PC drive and changed all passwords in hopes this won’t happen again. Whatever software I had downloaded has now been deleted and I won’t be stupid enough to download whatever caused my account to be hacked. Thank you.

I'm glad you have managed to gain access to your account again, and made the necessary precautions to secure your account and PC.

Have you enabled 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) on your Discord account/ Steam? - this would make it harder for someone to gain access to your accounts should it happen again.
I would highly recommend you set this up if you haven't already!

Hi Violet, thanks for getting back to me.

I appreciate it, and yes I've enabled 2FA both to my steam and discord, as well as my password managers on my computer as I don't have the energy for it again haha. After a week of having to change bank details, unlinking my PayPal and changing passwords etc, I'm much more cautious of the things I'm downloading and opening as well as being secure with my accounts, in hopes it will not happen to me again
