Reason given for your ban: PEGI

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for playing on an 18+ server while being underage.

Why should we unban you ?: Before I was banned I had been apart of the community for a while having started playing in Arpil 2022, at the time I was 16 and turning 17 in June. Tt was stupid of me to play on an 18+ server knowing the consequences that could come if I was caught. From the time that I started playing I almost immediatly loved the server and everything it was about, as I continued to play I made friends and had some amazing rp with tons of people.

When I was banned in late november last year I knew I had lost something i really enjoyed and during this time I have been banned i have had a lot of time to reflect on the silly mistake i made by playing on the server while being underage and since have learnt from mistakes and matured from it.
I wanna thank staff for taking time out of their day to look through my appeal.

For being so open with people you don't know on the internet about being 17 years old, why didn't you ever come forward to Staff?

 
Hi liam thanks for taking the time to deal with my appeal and hope you are well.

I understand now that coming forward would've been the right thing to do in this situation, however if I am completely honest I valued my time on the server and had some amazing rp with so many great people. Looking back, the right thing to do was to come forward to staff and be honest and just wait till i turned 18 as to me that would've been the mature thing to do. I was foolish not coming forward to staff and regret never being honest.

 
Explain to us why we do not allow PEGI players on the server, and why the rule is in place.

 
The PEGI rule is in place to stop those who are under the age of 18 from playing on the server as the server is mature and GTA is made for a mature audience 18+ . PEGI players are not allowed on the server as there might be some mature images or scenes that are not suitable for younger audiences plus people under the age of 18 are usually prone to breaking rules and being immature which could ruining other players rp experience.

How can we trust you if you wouldn't even come to Staff about your age?

 
While I was banned I had plenty of time to think about my actions and how it is gonna affect the trust that staff has in me, now I'm aware that the right decision was to come forward and i truly regret not doing so.

This community is built on trust and I know staff have lost their trust in me and I hope that I will be given the chance to gain that trust back and have a second chance. I value my place in this community and I would never do anything so stupid again to jeopardise my place here.

Hello Liam thanks for the hasty reply,

First of all, if there's anything you are still unsure about I'm more than happy to expand on so you can fully understand me.

Second of all, I understand it may be hard to trust me as I messed up in the past but I have had time to think during my ban and what I should've done to begin with instead of ending up here. Due to this, I realise the best thing I can do is be open with staff and I've been doing so this entire appeal, if there are any issues or concerns I will happily go into more detail once again as I previously mentioned. I value my time on the server and I wouldn't do anything to jeopardise that.

Hi Liam thanks for the reply,

Well when Cameron Walker first flew in he needed to earn money to send back to his family as he had left them to start a better life else where, so he started driving taxis and this at first was a great way of getting money but he had a growing hunger for more so he started looking into other ways of making money i.e selling drugs, selling guns. Looking around the city he started to hang around for Marabunta Grande and that's where he quickly learnt the ways of gang life and was show how to make a lot of money fast. Cameron's desires for more grew bigger and he still is looking for that next big thing; a business, selling cars.

I think that I have so much more roleplay i can do with my character as during my time being banned i got a few ideas on some arcs that i could possibly do with other people.

 
You've basically had no bans except from this PEGI ban, and the comment you made about the queens passing. That is two permanent bans though, within a short time span.

I'll do you a deal, if you're banned within the next two months. You'll fall onto a two month cooldown. Show us that you're here for Roleplay and want to be a part of this community.
