Why do you think you were banned: Hi, I have been banned and I am unsure the reason for my ban. The ban is in regards of Rule C1.7 Chat Ban.
For some context, I was up in sandy shores away to meet my friends and I am unsure where they were located. I asked one of my friend via the in game messaging app "gps lad em up in sandy". (this has been screenshotted from my friend) After this, I then sent my friend ''gps!'' as I thought I spelled gps wrong and after this, I was perm banned from the server.
I contacted support on discord to request my chat logs and was refused to see them.
I believe I was falsely banned from the server and this ban may have been meant for someone else.
I later had one of my friends "ImHiGz (Forums Name)" to message a staff member to discuss this, he was told it was an automatic chat ban which could be from the in game OOC text or using the in game phone.
I have also been banned for other things but I am unsure what Rule this is referring to. I was banned for abuse towards staff. This is not an excuse at all but due to myself felling targeted from a staff member and feeling falsely banned, this made me angry and I said stuff that I regret now. I do apologies for doing this and I would love if I could have the opportunity to apologise to the staff member.
As mentioned above, I believe I was falsely banned from the server. I am very new to this server and my friends have let me know the rules and I am also looked through the rules and understood them. I do not have any idea of reason I have been banned but I would like to have this resolved.
Why should we unban you: As mentions above, I am unsure why I have been banned. I have requested the logs as you can see from our ticket log on discord but I was not given them. If I can see my chat logs, I will be able to understand the reason for the ban and how to approach my appeal.
Also referring to the staff abuse, as mentioned above I would love the opportunity to apologise to the staff member that I spoke rudely to.
