Please copy and paste the rule you broke: i'm not sure but kris was the admin who banned me and said that he thought i was a generic troll but the server was lagging and people were running on the spot, so i guess on his screen it looked like i ran people over with my offroad when trying to get past a heap of cars.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: well i have been playing on this for many months and i am a successful cop and medic and i feel that this was just a mistake.

You need to edit the tag afterwards as it excludes the ! and some poor sod without the ! gets tagged instead (I wonder how many notifications he's got now?) - summoning @Kris!

I was under the impression Wilco had already unbanned Dean.

Essentially I was at a medic on scene at Athira garage, Dean strolls out from Athira garage running over 3 people and driving right into a Tempest killing a person and damaging himself. 

Unfortunately for Dean, I was under the impression he was just a generic troll, however he contacted me and explained he didn't actually see anything that he went into. I forwarded the details to Wilco who confirmed he's unbanned the GUID.
