In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for combat lagging but also got an additional ban for being rude to staff unnecessarily

Why should we unban you ?: Hi All,

First off i want to start by apologising to the admin team i was banned almost a year ago for combat logging and received a 1 month ban however my "friends" that i played with at the time where telling me i was banned for different reasons and also said they spoke to an admin that confirmed it however wouldnt tell me who. The night i got banned i have snook into a warehouse and robbed goods of a gang that were loading their trailers. i got away with the robbery without being detected i later died in the game didnt want to wait and decided to log off as i didnt think i was ruining anyones gameplay as i died from falling, My friends convinced me i was banned for the robbery that apparently it was admins gang or something, i was fooling enough to believe them and i was upset and annoyed that i took it out on the admins of this server only later to find out that they were actually messing with me and they never spoke to anyone in the admin team as they told me. I felt foolish because i ruined my reputation with this server for being gullible and its nobodys fault but my own. i was banned for a further 6 months for being rude to admin team and even said they can ban for life at the time i didnt care where in fact i did but was too upset to believe it as i was still believing this lie my friends told. i have taken almost a year away from the server and have matured and grown up a lot since have also got a lot more experience role playing from other servers however have always missed this one and they way it was run and overall quality. I dont expect to be unbanned as it was completely my fault and i said things that shouldnt have been said and stepped out of line. I hope one day in future i can play on this server again and provide good RP for everyone and contribute to the community. Please forgive me for my actions and emotions once again & taking your time to read this.

You are not expecting to be unbanned from your own appeal, so how must I take this? 
If I go ahead and deny this appeal now, are you going to tell me to "Get a life because it's a fucking game", or call me a "tit"?

Hi Danoo, thanks for your quick reply. 

I understand where your coming from honestly I would love to get unbanned and join the community again however I know my appeal is 50/50 chance because I did take it far by contacting the admins and saying what I did. That's why i would love to get unbanned but i would understand if it was declined also and tbh I'm here more to apologies for the way I carried myself if my appeal gets denied at least i know i apologised and maybe i would have a better chance to get accepted back into the server if I appealed again in future. I would love to be part of this community again that's why I want to do everything right this time.

Hi Mike, Hope your well! 

I Did have a look on the support tab and looked for Sammy but couldn't find the member on that list, i do however have them in my messages but i did not want to go messaging admins directly as i know that's not always a nice way to come across then putting my appeal in afterwards will seem like im trying to get into their good books before i put in my appeal  in my opinion. I do believe my chat was with Sammy mostly but i would also like to apologies to Aiden as i believe i was rude to him too.  A message in my appeal saying sorry isn't enough and to show that i  mean it i would offer to go on TeamSpeak to offer my apologies for being rude, out of line & wasting their time. 

I would also like to add which i forgot to say the reason my "friends" did this was because we had a shared house with each having their own lockers and contents after i told them i was banned for a further 6 months thats when they admitted they lied and laughed it off also saying they stole everything i had and i assume thats why they did it, These arent real life friends or people i knew long maybe only a week or so but i got to trusty and believed what was said to me without questioning.

Update: Hi I'm not looking to bump the post as it's against forum rules but thought I would edit my post I hope that's allowed, just wanted to say I have apologized to both people in question a few days ago I do truly mean my apology and after reflecting on my actions I'm embarrassed the way I presented myself.

I do understand where you come from with good books point. 

When you messaged said person (if you did), how do you feel it went? 
Let's say I am going to deny your appeal, will you throw your toys around? 
Will you return to your rude ways or has there been development to your situation? 

I also believed you said something among the lines of; 
"Shows me what I don't want to be part of. Good luck." 

Why do you plan to return? 
What are your character or you the players goals?

Thank you for your reply on my appeal. 

I have messaged both admins in question a few days ago, One of the admins which i had much more  of the interaction with did reply and say my apology was noted which i was happy to hear as i truly meant it even reading over the messages i was embarrassed of how low i presented myself and the admin did not deserve this. I didnt expect much more than my apology being noted to be honest. The second admin which i had less of a interaction with did read my apology with no reply however i understand its a senior admin and they may get a lot of messages and have much more important stuff to deal with than my apology however i hope they know i meant it. 

If you deny my appeal today ill completely respect your decision and understand why you did so, Im not planning on ever being rude to staff or players in game ive developed and matured over the past year and can handle myself better, i certainly learned not to believe what people say to you and stand back and think before acting, i could have easily spoken to an admin with respect and explained what i was being told maybe then i wouldnt be in this position i am now, so i have learned to think before i act and treat everyone with respect. If my appeal is denied ill respect your decision and reappeal in a few months hoping that maybe i would stand a better chance. 

I plan to return because its the server i enjoyed the most, rules are followed strictly which makes it a more realistic server compared to others, everything the server has to offer i enjoyed and how people took their role play so seriously without getting many occasions of people going OOC this really made it feel like i was in a different world and therefore bringing out the better of me roleplaying.

To be completely honest im not exactly sure if i want to return and continue as my current character due to the bad history i have with the situation that unfolded im kind of two minds about it but my other option which im more in favour of  is i would love to create a new character taxi and do legal jobs keep a clean sheet and hopefully get accepted into the police more so road traffic corps as i would enjoy that especially up north of the map where road rules regarding speeding etc is broken my frequently, i also know from previous experience how common getting robbed at petrol stations is up the northern part of the map i would hope if joining the police i could maybe control that better and set up sting operations where i can keep a look at undercover at the hot spots where this occurs and offer exceptional roleplay in any scenario that may unfold. I would love to give back to this community and offer as much of the better side of me that i can. I will surely read through all the rules thoroughly to make sure i am not in this position again.
