In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe I was banned for randomly killing someone selling drugs near the coalition ranch. I made no attempt to communicate with them or engage in a roleplay scenario, instead I just shot and killed them. I also believe this ban was permanent because a couple minutes after I had killed the person, I disconnected from the server and I did not attempt to reconnect to resolve or amend the situation which could have possibly avoided the permanent ban.

Why should we unban you ?: I strongly believe that I should be unbanned as I have taken a long time to reflect upon my actions which I took which resulted in me receiving a permanent ban. Looking back on the situation now, I can understand that my actions where extremely out of order and nothing of that roleplay standard would be repeated by me if I was given a second chance. However, during my time reflecting on my actions I have gained the motivation to provide high quality roleplay again which is my intent if this appeal was to be successful in lifting my ban.

After receiving my ban I was disappointed that all the time I spent in RPUK was ended with such a low quality roleplay scenario which should never had happened. I can blame on one else but myself for this ban and I can only apologise to everyone effected in a negative way during this low quality roleplay scenario. I wish to prove to the RPUK staff that I have changed my ways and that the behaviour and attitude towards roleplaying that I had at the time of receiving my ban has completely changed.

I had many different characters within my time at RPUK such as a whitelisted Gang member, NHS, Police and a solicitor. I wish to continue these characters storyline with the highest quality roleplay that I can provide and ensure no silly rule breaks are broken again.

Throughout my time in RPUK I have received only one other petty ban which could have been avoided the same way this permanent ban should have have been. I understand that it was for the same rule break however I can promise the staff team here at RPUK that these low quality roleplay scenarios and slip-ups will never happen again.

You need to look back on the situation to see that?

Alex, you've been around for a while. I don't understand what led you to make a decision to break RDM in it's purest form and then log immediately after.

I also don't see how you could have expected anything else to have come from your actions.

I understand where you are coming from when saying that I could only see that my actions were out of order after the situation was over and done with. It just shows my ignorance and carelessness that I showed when this situation happened. However, I can assure you that I have completely changed and that attitude towards the server will not be seen from me if I was given a second chance.

I done it because the motivation I had for the server was very low, I understand this shows a high level of immaturity to just break the rules just because I had no motivation to play. I could have easily avoided it by logging of but I chose the immature route. However after spending a long time away from the server I have gained the motivation to play the server and continue roleplaying to a standard which I once did. Now I've learned from this experience that if I loose the motivation to play again, all I need to do is leave the server and take a small break.

It does indeed, this is an adult community at the end of the day and how you dealt with your feelings in that moment was not really the best approach. We all lose motivation at times. Why did you choose to act in such a reckless manner and jeopardise your place in the community instead of just taking a break?
