I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to appeal my recent ban for combat logging and meta gaming. I fully acknowledge that my actions violated the server rules and I take full responsibility for my behaviour.
In the combat logging incident, I was being followed, and when the guys got out of their car and told me to put my hands up, I quit the game by pressing F8. This action disrupted the active roleplay scenario and was unfair to other players involved. I understand that the rule against combat logging exists to prevent players from exploiting the game by logging out during active roleplay situations. Such behaviour undermines the integrity and enjoyment of serious roleplay, and I deeply regret my actions.
Regarding the meta gaming instance, I went to assist my friend who had been dumped, despite having no in-character knowledge of his location. This clearly goes against the server's rules on meta gaming, which are designed to ensure that all players rely solely on in-character information to enhance the roleplay experience.
I understand that these rules are in place to maintain a fair and immersive environment for everyone. My actions were wrong and I sincerely apologize for disrupting the gameplay and experience of others. I am committed to adhering to the server rules and ensuring that I contribute positively to the community moving forward.
I respectfully request that you consider removing my ban and giving me a second chance to prove that I can abide by the rules and be a constructive member of the community. I genuinely enjoyed playing the server and meeting amazing people in it. Thank you for your time and consideration.
