In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I should not have been banned for this I was just a driver for someone that called in a hostage situation while in jail, he found a phone in the toilet and called in he had a hostage as the officer did not search him. The messages can be checked and did not come from my phone.

Why should we unban you ?
You banned the wrong person for the offense and to be honest shouldn't have been a ban as it was a real RP situation to begin with.

Confirmed different number, so it wasn't you giving the texts, however,

You claim it was a hostage situation and you was the driver right? 
So why did you come back multiple times after fleeing in the purple vehicle you was in "saying, I've got a hostage" then drove off again

It was simple bait, there was no one in the purple vehicle with you from what i could see, and once you got away, you decided to come back to the cops at the prison to get their attention. I.e Baiting.

There was 100% a person with me in the vehicle the one who sent the text I am guessing, I was asked to drive back. 

Also as for the "Bait" it was a valid RP situation where an inmate was playing games with a cop, which i can see the baiting side of things but it could have been role played by the police in return.

Also the vehicle had full tinted windows all around so saying that only 1 person inside seems kind of invalid

in game I am not in a gang with him, I guess it was bad play on our side then the way this has played out, in future I will just avoid any kind of conflict with police because I do not feel like my ban was justified by any means. to be honest is kind of unfair considering its also the wrong person but hey ill take the bullet for this.

I understand the police have been stressed today with all the shit in the square but it really should not be like this, just feels like avoided RP I legit go out of my way to try and get as much RP as possible that's why I play here but like i said ill avoid that with police

Right I have spoken to drew for you to get you an answer so you can go to bed as drew is currently busy on admin duty. Drew has informed me that he does now indeed see that there were two people in the vehicle, however you and your mate actions was indeed forms of baiting therefore the 24hour ban will not be overturned.
