In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned because my pc started to freeze up and my pc was having a weird issue where my pc wasn't responding this happened for like 10min then it forced me into a restart.

Why should we unban you ?: The reason why i shouldn't be banned is that made a ticket instantly on my phone once this happened i took pictures of the issue on my phone also because i couldn't screenshot the issue on my pc as i couldn't send nothing or click anything i even message to people that i was rping before hand and i told them about the issue. The Ticket corrisponding to the issue is Ticket-1467

So, going off your own screenshot with the client not responding. Surely you would have crash logs, yeah?

If so, open a ticket and upload them there. If you don’t have crash logs then I am unsure as what to tell you considering 3 Cutlass members all have PC issues whilst down at the Ranch.

You were downed then disconnected 7-9 minutes later.

How am I supposed to take your word (if you don’t have crash logs?) as I do not believe that it is one big coincidence.

Either all of you had PC problems (unlikely), or one had PC problems and the rest could’ve used that same excuse factoring in the CFX issues, or none of you have PC problems

Currently I’m at college and I will do this when I’m home I would also like to add to the fact about combat logging is that people do this for an advantage at no point did I want to keep my stuff on my character and I messaged him as I want to carry out the roleplay that I missed out on later that night.

• What do you think about contacting Coalition through Discord to grab you?
  
• Also, you messaged him 43 minutes after you connected then stated that you only had 12 minutes left...Why is this?

First Contancting him to grab me was because before the issue had happened i could still hear sounds but everything was not responding i heard matt last and he was the first to message me i contacted him via discord to be able to carry out the roleplay that we missed out on earlier that night as im here to roleplay also conacting him 43 min after all this was a last resort as you was also in the liasion in the morning as i clearly stated im outside the ranch bleeding out if you want to grab me and carry on the roleplay i dont know if you did hear that but i can confirm this and 8 other people can confirm this too that was in the chat. 
I dont see the "come grab me" as any breach of rules at this time as the context behind it is valid showing that the cfx issue and my issue also ruined the roleplay they could have had and i wanted to atleast try to carry it out when i logged back in.

I wasn't in the liaison, nor can I take anyone's word as "witnesses", we would need footage with audio. Do you, or anyone else in there have this?

If you're here for Roleplay, I'll ask again...why did you wait 43 minutes before contacting Matt?

I contacted Matt 43 minutes after logging in because when i said in the liasion which i dont have proof of no one cared about coming to grab me to so i messaged matt i also didn't force respawn my self i waited the whole time out expecting someone to come out of the ranch as i could see someone running about. 
Also you was in the liasion and you was muted and never said a word

I do remember it now, I was in it briefly to make sure there wasn't any arguing then I left eventually but I don't recall anyone discussing being downed, and unable to reconnect.

We're still looking into your crash logs, so this will be put on hold. If I need further from you regarding CFX items, I'll contact via ticket.

Hope you're well,

After speaking with another member of Staff regarding this situation that you're in. We are willing to give you the benefit of the doubt due to the following but not limited to these;

You did Open a Ticket to let us know this had happened

You did try to contact Matthew Munday from Coalition, albeit 40 minutes after you connected

You provided a lot of Crash Logs in the ticket

You've provided an image of the client (FiveM) failing to respond

The overall effort that you're putting into this appeal, does somewhat make us genuinely believe that you had PC issues at the time of the RP Scenario, can't say the same for the others though.

Due to us unbanning you from this, it will not count to your FBS. Going off of your successful appeal date of 11/04/2023, if you are banned within 6 months of that date then you will be on a 6 month cooldown.
