In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: (edited because i was confused on the situation it was refering too)
I was banned because i transferred money between leonie leenders and adam johnson on the 20th before i was banned for C2.3, i cannot remember the situation exactly however i do now understand what it was referring too.
I was driving around on my first day as adam johnson when randomly i died (i think due to hacker but really unsure) i stayed down for like 40 minutes or so. I noticed i was not going to be revived so i logged off and came back on thinking my character would have respawned but it didn't and the timer reset. At this point i was not aware of the C2.3 rule fully so i did not know i had to respawn so i am sorry but i then logged off again and created a new character called Leonie Leenders and grinded that character out for a while then i logged off for the night came back and gave 115k to Darragh for him to buy a Packer Truck. But when I loaded back on as Adam Johnson, Darragh told me to buy the truck because I'm more active. I did not even think about the implications of what I just did. I then went to buy the packer, I found out I needed £210,000 for the truck so I lent 100k of Darragh and 10k of combo.
After that I bought the truck. Stored it in my garage and cannot remember after that. But I believe I was banned the same day or next day for C2.3. I then came back to the server after being unbanned. Sold some cocaine, made a bit of money and then went to buy more cocaine but then the server restarted. I came back on and ran around for a little bit and then I was banned. I was really confused at the time as I did not know what I had done.
I asked in discord but I thought they were referring to an incident today. It turns out after speaking with a Staff lead, that the incident was on the 20th, i still couldn't remember much but they then told me i bought a packer and that's when i was trying to remember what happened when i bought the packer. I spent a bit of time trying to remember and that is when i came here and edited this. So this is a little messy. I apologise but it took me a while to remember what happened.
Why should we unban you ?:
I would ask that you would un-ban me as I am a fully reformed person since my first ban. I would have never done this after that ban because I read every single rule and I promised staff I would be a star community member. Looking back at the situation. I can certainly see why i was banned (especially because i had read the rules everyday since i was banned the first time so the memory of the rules are fresh) and knowing what i know now, if i could go back in time, i would know that doing what i did was a rule break. But at the time I was so neglectful to have even realised that transferring money to 1 person as 1 of my characters and receiving it again on another character is a clear rule break. But at that time my thoughts were not the same. I just thought I had given him money to buy a packer but he decided I needed to buy it so he gave me the money for it. (typing this back makes me feel like a complete idiot because that is so clearly G2.9 but I promise at the time I was not thinking like that).
I am really sorry to the staff on this server for my actions. I feel like a complete asshole, especially when I tried to reason with staff. It was a mistake in discord when at the time I was confused and referring to the wrong situation. Knowing what I know now I would have never broken that rule even neglectfully. I am so so sorry to the staff that dealt with me in the past as I made a promise to you I would never break a rule again and although this incident was before that, it still feels as if I have disrespected those staff members. I understand that I am wrong and I can only say that I am sorry.
I am also sorry for taking staff's time again to deal with myself, it's really not fair. So I am really sorry about that. I can understand if you do not want me back on the server. All I can truly say is sorry. I hope you know that I would have never broken that rule after my first ban. I am old enough to accept responsibility for my action's and accept whatever punishment you deem fit. I am sorry again for you having to spend your time reading this. Especially to the staff I let down. (you know who you are).
Thank you for providing a serious roleplay community. It has been great fun to play. I do not know what else to write without repeating myself. I hope you can see that my apology is sincere.
